CIA in Supreme Court of Pakistan for assassination of Banzair Bhoto, and hundreds of innocent Pakistani civilians (who were killed by CIA DRONE in northern Pakistan)

The Lawsuits against Pakistan should not be taken lightly. They could be very damaging to Pakistan and could potentially be a colossal drain on the exchequer. Similar lawsuits against German, and Libyan companies created an industry of victim-hood in the US. These extra-judicial lawsuits should not be allowed to proceed as the US courts have no jurisdiction in Pakistan. However the plaintiffs may go for Pakistani assets in the US.
The relatives of two New Yorkers who were killed in the 2008 terrorist attacks in Mumbai are suing Pakistan’s intelligence agency and Kashmir-based militant group Lashkar-e-Tayyiba, whom they blame for the attacks. Rabbi Gavriel Noach Holtzberg and his pregnant wife, Rivka, and their son were attacked at the Chabad Lubavitch center in Mumbai. Their son was rescued by a nanny, but the rabbi, his wife and their unborn child were all killed. Their son now lives in Israel with his grandfather, who filed the wrongful death lawsuit in Brooklyn federal court.
The suit alleges that Pakistan’s intelligence “provided critical planning, material support, control and coordination for the attacks.” During the incident, 10 men attacked the Taj Mahal and Oberoi-Trident hotels, a train station and the Chabad Lubavitch center, killing over 160 people and wounding hundreds more. Many referred to it as “Mumbai’s 9/11.” The only surviving gunman, Mohammed Ajmal Kasab, has been convicted of murder, conspiracy and waging war. The Holtzbergs are seeking monetary damages in their lawsuit, though reports did not specify how much.

Legally the case can be filed in ICJ, therefore filing in NY courts can be stupidity as it will be tried in absentia, and there is no proof of ISI involvement. Lashkar e tayeba is a banned outfit and the base is india and not Pakistan. India will be responsible as foreign nationals were in india. If the case can be applied then the US will have millions of cases against it and UAE could have dragged the israeli citizen who murdered another foreign national and remember these incidents ahve proof.
