Moscow was taken aback by the strong emotional feelings of loss in Islamabad at the cancellation of the Putin trip. It hurriedly dispatched Mr. Putin’s Foreign Minister. The Russian Foreign Minister signed all the MOUs with Russia on behalf of President Putin. General Kayani is on the way to Moscow and Foreign Minister Khar may follow.
Just one day ago “they” were ecstatic that the president of the same Russia had rebuffed Pakistan. When it turns out that there was no relational hick-up, only a logistical rescheduling, all of a sudden it has become a “3rd rate power”!!!!

NATO has announced a rapid departure in 2013, and Obama will too (goals on OBL and Al-Qaida have been accomplished). Al-Qaeda of course is now being supported in Libya and Syria by the same allies that supported it in Afghanistan against the USSR
