There was euphoria in the land of Ganges when President Putin for no apparent reason canceled his trip to Islamabad –the first ever by any Russian president.
Now we know why the trip was canceled. The Hindu in an article clearly says that Russia did not want to be seen President Putin going to Pakistan ??????? and not going to India.
“it was to dampen speculation about him about going to Pakistan and not planning to come here.”
The reality is that Bharat and Russia have serious issues and cannot come to terms on major issues.

While the Bharatis are saying that the trip has been postponed “Although no official announcement of Mr. Putin’s visit was made.”
These issues will see BRIC blow up and Moscow getting closer to Islamabad.
