I am still trying to get to grips with the aggression NATO displayed towards our brave soldiers but a deeper frustration is trying to understand the rationale behind this.

If one looks subjectively into this it is based on a number of recent factors. So let us join a number of the recent dots. We can begin with the upsurge in Western Media’s vilification of Pakistan in particular British and American media. The “supposed” capture and kill of OBL ( good riddance), I had hoped this would have brought closure even though as insignificant in real terms as he was, I believe he was killed in 2001 in Tora Bora ( google or you tube Benazir Bhutto claim Osama Bin Laden is dead). The OBL fiasco was the beginning of a tangible conspiracy hatched against Pakistan on the backdrop of Western Media demonization of Pakistani Military and complete disregard for our loss on a monetary/economic level and on the lives sacrificed for another’s war. The Rabbani assassination blamed on Pakistan and Afghan Taliban which was not so as Rabbani was sincerely trying to bridge the trust deficit that existed between Tajiks / Uzbeks and Pakthuns and genuinely offered a hand in friendship to Afghan Taliban. One needs to highlight this and question who would benefit from a divided Afghanistan, who signs up to the roger Blackwill plan. This then resulted in the Admiral Mullen outburst which still needs to be put into the mix when trying to analyse this whole sordid NATO affair.

The venomous media hate campaign was then notched up a dial or two against Pakistani ISI, the very in fact only real intelligence agency in the region that has helped put many bad guys away for the CIA and America’s war. The Haqqani government was the media target and its relationship with Pakistan placed in the spotlight but soon brushed aside when it was made clear that The CIA and America but also MI5, British Secret Service and half a dozen other agencies also were in dialogue with The Haqqanis. Rather than Pakistan be praised for the relentless support even when the nation wanted no part in this war, it allowed the drone attacks indiscriminately killing innocent Pakistanis to quench the thirst of war mongers in Washington and for that matter in Whitehall when in reality 90% of Afghanistan was in the control of Afghan National Resistance an umbrella term used to define all the groups allied to the Afghan Taliban under Mullah Omar. NATO’s ISAF force was clearly in disarray, the troop surge a failure and Admiral Mullen a defeated General.

The beginning of the end of US-Pakistan relationship rested around an inability to bring the Afghan Taliban to a reconciliation table and create an environment to allow a graceful end to this long ruthless war. The CIA and America denying a central role to Pakistan were unable to reign in Afghan Taliban on the backdrop of this were some very strong forces led by India seeking to destroy the honourable reconciliation. This was the Indian backed Roger Blackwill plan that seeks a sustained presence of ISAF for a considerable time and dividing Afghanistan on ethnicity re-arming the criminals known as The Northern Alliance who incidentally are a loyal Indian Proxy. This would most definitely engulf a violent civil war and struggle that will last another decade or more. The weak Northern Alliance would benefit from NATO/ISAF air cover and the Pakthun regions would be bombed daily via drones and ISAF Air Force and India would continue to harbour terrorists actively involved in the destabilisation of Pakistan to name but a few: Bramadagh Bugti harboured in Afghanistan by India and ISAF responsible for terror across Pakistan in Balochistan, Khyber and Karachi. The TTP would continue to exist as an organised terror group attacking Khyber and Pakthunkwa but also the rest of Pakistan. This is not what Obama intended nor did Zbigniew Brzezinski Obama’s Chief Advisor and author of the Grand Chess Board. He sees being allied to Pakistan as key to the long term economic strength of the American and Western Hemisphere. Brzezinski a chief architect of the modern great game led by America and ISAF says the following;

“We have to find a way of helping Pakistan cope with its problem in Pakistan but also help us cope with our problem in Afghanistan and that raises an extraordinarily complicated question, namely how do we give the Pakistanis the reassurance they want that if we leave Afghanistan there is not a regime in Afghanistan other than the Taliban which is more friendly to India than to Pakistan.”

Brzezinski is clear in establishing a long term commitment to Pakistan one of mutual benefit and recognises Pakistan’s credible and real regional threats. It is clear somewhere down the line the Brzezinski policies towards Pakistan which as Obama’s chief adviser have been hijacked by the Roger Blackwill plan backed and funded by India. There are some grave questions on just who murdered Rabbani and why are efforts to reconcile with Afghan Taliban through Pakistan being side stepped. Something is not right in capitol hill some very strong lobbies are very aggressively anti Pakistan namely the Zionist and Indian lobby’s. Has the Obama government been breached by these strong lobby’s seek the war to be escalated into Pakistan but also seeking a long term presence inside Afghanistan. When Brzezinski was asked who is the lynch pin to American Alliance in Central Asia asked in favour of an Indian approach. Brzezinski replies the following;

“Well if it is then I don’t understand what the Eurasia strategy is because if that is the alliance, then we are not going to solve the Afghan question and if we don’t solve the Afghan question but the conflict continues, how will the relationship between China and Pakistan, which is quite close, be affected by an American-Indian alliance, and what will that do to the prospects for stability on a larger global scale between China and India?”

You can see the full interview here:

But American inability to reign in the anti-Pakistan groups at home in America and within the Karzai government has seen the great game change dramatically. Pakistan has recently made leaps with its relationship with Russia through China. Pakistan is in the forefront of recreating a greater integrated Central Asia via strong road links, air links and business to business links involving Russia, China, Saudis but also The Iranians and Turks. All this without the involvement of America but who can blame Pakistan after its treatment across America and Western Media while silence on Kashmir they are also courting India as a counterweight to China the hall marks of a future cold war or proxy war that will almost definitely effect Pakistan. America is losing Central Asia, Russia is asserting itself and China already has a lot of good will in the region, the cold war divides are not working the world is a different place and America is aware she is on the losing side. NATO is seen as a hostile organisation and most if all not all look to the rising influence of the SCO. The great game has taken a turn and objectives and long term strategic goals at times have been side-lined or clouded by adopting additional harmful strategies and one such is not to reconcile the Pakthuns (Afghan Taliban) and deny them governance and arm and support the Northern Alliance yet again. Turning a blind eye to the destabilisation of Pakistan by outside actors to establish a further long term strategy of containing China.

The NATO provocation and aggression was unprovoked and is not an isolated incident but part and parcel of a greater game or dysfunctional long term strategic objectives which behave very Jekyll and Hyde towards Pakistan. NATO has lost all credibility firstly in the Libya onslaught and now lying over the Pakistan aggression, on Tuesday Afghan Taliban in the Kunar region have reported that they were not engaged in any battle, confrontation with NATO forces and this is a lie that they or any group affiliated to them were being chased by NATO and ANA soldiers. The Afghan Taliban in Kunar have vacated their bases in the Kunar as they move up to safer hideouts with the impending colder winter months upon them. NATO’s aggression towards Pakistan is one of aggression, unprovoked and needs to be seen part and parcel of a wider conspiracy against Pakistan and derailing the reconciliation efforts to bring peace to Afghanistan. With this unprovoked illegal transgression on Pakistani soil coming only days before the Bonn conference was it an intention to isolate Pakistan from this conference. Are the powers seeking to divide Afghanistan and engulf a bloody civil war, the real killers of Rabbani who wield much influence in the corridors of power in Capitol Hill through a number of lobby’s may well have sought to derail the Pakistan agenda at the Bonn Conference.

Pakistan’s reconciliatory approach had been welcomed by Iran, Turkiye, Central Asian States, China, Turkiye and Saudis all who are immediate neighbours and have a real stake in Afghwanistans long term stability. America too had recognised and signed up to Pakistani efforts but there still remained those who are a very small minority inside Afghwanistan who hold office and in India that had opposing views. It will be interesting what the outcome will be minus Pakistan at the Bonn Conference. Already a british team a key NATO member is on route if not there to speak with the Indians before the Bonn conference.

Pakistan has been an honourable stakeholder in bringing real long term peace to Afghwanistan. Many Pakthuns in Afghanistan were born in Pakistan when it gave shelter to millions of refugees during the Soviet War. Many Pakthuns never returned to Afghwanistan and there are more Pakthuns living in Pakistan than there are in Afghwanistan. No nation neighbouring Afghwanistan or further away has as much as love for Afghwans as Pakistan and Pakistani do and no nation has paid more the price for freedom in Afghwanistan as Pakistan has. What Pakistan had to endure, the public humility an organised PsyOps campaign to vilify the nation, its people and its military and intelligence service deliberately by Western and Indian Media. The sacrifice of life at the hands of a group coined by the Indians as Pakistani Taliban to create an artificial association with Afghwan Taliban known by its real name as TTP (Tereek-e-Taliban) a non-Pakistani terror group operating from safe havens inside Afghwanistan. Blackwater black ops scarred the nation through destructive bombing campaigns and the indiscriminate killings by the American drones. A flourishing rising economy collapsed because of the war that has cost Pakistan far much more than one can imagine outstretching the aid provided by American NRO’s that never leaves the pockets of the most pro-American and corrupt civilian government.

Pakistan I pray for you and always have hope for Tayyib-e-Madinah the very meaning of Pakistan in Arabic.

    On Tuesday Pakistan Army were once more shelled from across the Durand Line by NATO as they investigated what happened to thier brothers on that frightful day when they were ruthlessly martyred by NATO.

    This latest attack on Pakistani Troops by NATO has largely gone un reported because Pakistanis want action and NATO does not want further embarrassment. NATO troops are not acting in accordance to International Law and need to be taken to task. These are the tell tales of a failed army, a desperate mercenary army at its wits end punishing Pakistan for their own incompetence at the political and combat level.

    Shame on NATO – bloody criminals.

  2. Alansaralhaq says:

    Today Russia has re-affirmed its request which sounded more like a demand that it wants USA to stop the creation of a European Missile Defence System. Should the USA not commit to this and respect the Russian request (Demand) then all NATO supply routes that come through Russia and onto Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan will come to a halt.

    This comes at a time when Russia endorses Pakistans memebership to SCO and completely understands Pakistance stance following NATO’s aggression against Pak Fouj.

    This comes at a time Russian warships have entered Syrian waters.

    This comes at the time when Iranians have ransacked the British Embassy.

    This comes at the time Egyptians demanding a transition to real democracy inclusive of the Islamist political parties.

    While the USA and NATO have been busy causing conflict in Africa, Middle East and Asia the natural order and precipitation of these moves will inevitably take its toll on the worlds only superpower.

    The World is changing around Uncle Sam and NATO is adding to America’s misery.

    To Pakistanis I can only suggest “Keep the pressure on Zardari and Co” we need to disengage from the War on Terror once and for all.

  3. Khalid bin Waleed says:

    Killing Pakistani Jawans was a two prone strategic move by NATO.
    One was to keep Pakistan away from Bonn conference.
    Second was to warn Pakistan from joining SCO formally. NATO is not happy with the SCO and knows very well that Pakistan’s joining SCO will mean beginning of the end of NATO as a formidable force where a new era will begun and SCO will emerge as a new DADA in town.
    The Russian Foreign minister’s solidarity with Pakistan was a surprise and China’s all weather support is always appreciated.
    Great job ISI,(we will give you credit where it is due and will criticize when you falter) bringing Russia on board is a great strategic move. SCO is flexing its muscles and it has really started hurting the NATO in their core issues. NATO’s DADAgri is over and it is scaring them.
    The new game has begun where their is a good chance ARMAGeddon starting sooner then we thought.
    We already see the world dividing and lining up for the mother of all war. The next 2 years will be very crucial and will decide who will rule the next century.
    Nov 26, 2011 NATO has shot themselves in the foot and has accidentally began the reunification of the UMMAH watch out!!
    History tells us that when ever a super power starts to run out of resources it is left in the dustbin of history.

    10:49. Say, (O Muhammad) “I do not possess (any means for) harm or profit for myself, excepting whatever Allah decides. To every nation is a term; when their term comes they will not be able to postpone it by a (single) hour, nor will they be able put it forward.”

    8:60 And prepare against them whatever you are able of power and of steeds of war by which you may terrify the enemy of Allah and your enemy and others besides them whom you do not know [but] whom Allah knows. And whatever you spend in the cause of Allah will be fully repaid to you, and you will not be wronged.

    Great analysis Akhbar sahab;
    I can see your point, that some group has tried to undo Brezinski/holbrook plan which has Pak as the dominant player.It also seems plausible that a prolonged chaos in the area is a planned policy of neocons/pentagon; that helps to keep tesion around china and let off chinese pressure in south china sea.
    But as you said, it will be really interesting to watch the weddings at BONN with out the bride groom, Pakistan,the most impotant neighbour of afgh. One thing i cannot understand is India’s Anti pak role. Any prolonged chaos in the region and or splitting of pak in 3-4, could be the end of India as a big hindu majority country and guaranteed return of Muslim’s domination–some thing even a secular hindu cannot stomach. Be that as it may, we surely are surely wittnessing a great new game. Your commentry is really very provocative and emotionally charged; thanks.

    NATO’s changing policy towards Pakistan and Afghanistan Part 2;

    In the run up for the presidential election the Republican candidates have a very strong Pakistan policy at a time when Obama ratings are at is an all-time low.

    Just as in the Zbigniew Brzezinski video, how is the current quagmire Obama’s doing, it was inherited a legacy nobody wishes upon anyone. The fundamental question for Zbigniew Brzezinski and Obama is how quickly to get out of Afghanistan but at the same time remain graceful and n control of the situation. Elements within America are making it very difficult to leave Afghanistan gracefully with a major push from The Republicans to possibly stay the course, reduce troop numbers and stay the course. I hear a lot of jingoistic patriotic speeches coming from the Republicans but little sense and realisation of the position on the ground. Brzezinski was clear about Afghwans regardless of American assistance in The Soviet War they would have carried on resisting as they were being supported and funded by some very rich powerful nations other than America. American involvement just increased the rate at which the desired goal was reached but the Afghwans are fighters and Brzezinski does put it quite satirically when he says to paraphrase that there is “something about Afghwans and unwelcomed foreigners with guns in their country”. Republican candidates are the face of some very strong lobby’s edging them on and completely oblivious to the fundamental reality that 90% of Afghwanistan is in the hands of the Afghan National Resistance an umbrella term for many groups, factions and ethnicities including ex Northern Alliance foot soldiers fighting a violent occupation at the head of this resistance or insurgency movement is Mullah Omar. Ordinary Americans must make the distinction between Al Qaeda and Afghwan Taliban, the Taliban have never been involved or attempted in a terrorist activity inside Afghwanistan let alone out of Afghwanistan. The time square failed bomber was “not” Afghwan Taliban but was Tereek-e-Taliban (TTP) deliberately coined by The Indians as Pakistani Taliban to beguile those unaware of the real reality and nature of the conflict, to perhaps link this vile manufactured group with Pakistan their new Mukthi Bahini. The time square failed bombing event was part and parcel of a wider conspiracy to defame the Pakistanis, destroy their credibility and cripple their strategic depth in the region. We know Obama and his administration recognise Pakistan’s pivotal role in the region as does his chief advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski but one needs to ask the question “Who benefits from destroying the Pakistani Image in the region and denying them their natural strategic depth into Afghwanistan and the wider Central Asian region”. One does not need to look far in America and at a regional level where the mud is being slung from. The Neo Cons are resurfacing in this presidential elections and with them their financiers, their lobby’s. The rhetoric on Afghwanistan is pretty much based around a sustained presence or even a nominal presence for a very long time. One must also look at the effect it has on the trigger happy gung ho American soldiers on the ground fighting an invisible potent enemy who attacks from behind the shadows. Soldiers in Afghwanistan are also people with political views easily influenced both morally and politically and very much in tune with the current presidential elections. Just to quote some bizarre and off the wall policies the republicans are promoting on Pakistan;

    Perry is the suspicious approach to Pakistan undoubtedly a rehearsed script on how to deal with Pakistan via those who influence and finance him;

    “Until Pakistan clearly shows that they have America’s best interests in mind, I would not send them one penny, period,” he said.

    My response is 80,000 dead Pakistanis dead a terror network operating from within Afghwan soil deliberately allowed by ISAF in and out of Pakistan bombing, killing at their leisure. I do not see how much more blood do you wish to see spilt on Pakistani soil to persuade Americans on Pakistan’s commitment to some one else’s war. ISAF no longer has and certainly not for the last 5 plus years, controlled Afghwanistan, said to be at present 90% in the hands of the Afghan National Resistance. Afghwan Taliban have said time and time again we do not need to go into Pakistan we are in Afghwanistan and everyone needs to be aware we are here. The Haqqanis for one have vacated their family homes and are not operating directly out of Pakistan. Whose failing is it not to reign in the real Afghwan Taliban inside Afghwanistan, is it ISAF’s or Pakistan’s failing both politically and at a combat level. The Afghwan Taliban cannot be inflicting so much damage to ISAF if they do not have support of Afghwans and this is overlooked. One completely falls oblivious to Afghwan and Pakthun history, their codes and rules which are very much alive today as they were during the Soviet War and well before then. Perry’s remark was responded to by Bachman “That’s highly naive,” Rep. Michele Bachmann of Minnesota shot back. “They certainly aren’t looking out for the best interests of the United States. I wouldn’t expect them to.” The best way to engage with an “uneven actor,” she said, is to “have some sort of presence there.”

    Well Pakistan is the one that lives in a very tough neighbourhood and for a very long time has been very successful and protecting its national interest and sovereignty. Afghwan Taliban are not a one trick pony, they may not be what Americans, The West or neighbouring countries and for that matter I feel is the governance to live under but they do represent a vast majority of people and we as an international community have never given them the opportunity or support. Afghwans feel today as they did during and after the Soviet War. To them Afghwan Taliban did however bring Afghwanistan out of a bloody brutal civil war, brought the lawlessness to a halt and destroyed the drug trade and will represent the same against the corrupt Karzai and Northern Alliance nexus. Ten years on for ordinary Afghwans young and old they see Afghwan National Resistance under Mullah Omar as the real resistance to a bloody American and foreign occupation. Americans need to snap out of the notion that Afghwans see them as liberators or friends, learn the history of these people and this region. As welcoming as they are to friends they can be as coarse and fierce as the terrain to foreigners and outsiders and will always be so. It was the struggling Northern Alliance that held less than 10% pockets of Afghwanistan who now control Karzai government that promote America as liberators because for them they were but not for the vast ordinary Afghwans who today support Afghwan Taliban. 10 years ago The regional partners had to work with Afghwan Taliban, to build Afghwanistan and educate them on governance but America through the UN and directly wanted a trade-off, America was only concerned with monopolising the building of an oil pipe line through the country and had the Afghwan Taliban agreed they would have recognised them and supported them. To Bachman I say read Afghwan history and the history of this region and simply put “If you are outsiders and unwelcome in this part of the world” you will be resisted until the last drop and the status quo will never change with each generation born. Reconciliation is part and parcel of an ending conflict in Afghwanistan because no outsider has been victorious but has left after reconciling with Afghwans. Today reconciliation is the only way out and honour Afghwans because dishonour is seen worse than death itself.

    Gingrich was far more adventurous in his policy on Afghwanistan and Pakistan.

    “You want to keep American troops in Afghanistan, you accept hot pursuit, you say no sanctuaries, you change the rules of engagement, you put the military in charge of the military side, you overhaul the State Department and AID (Agency for International Development) so they get the job done, and you do it for real and you do it intensely,” he said.

    And, he added, “You tell the Pakistanis, help us or get out of the way, but don’t complain if we kill people you’re not willing to go after on your territory where you have been protecting them.”

    So what Gingrich was suggesting and again completely oblivious to
    the reality that the Afghwan Taliban who under the Afghwan National Resistance control 90% of Afghwanistan are moving in and out across the Durand Line. Wrong again, The Pakistani border is very tight and monitored unlike the porous Western neighbour (Afghwanistan) border. For the Afghwan Taliban to control such a large sway of territory 2 things are important in my humble opinion. One that they need the support of local ordinary Afghwans and secondly a local presence and on both accounts it appears they do, right across Afghwanistan. Gingrich is following a very Neocon approach of pre-emptive strikes and unilateralism that has got America into this mess in the first place. Listen to Zbigniew Brzezinski Pakistan is a very important country of 180 million people proud of their identity and sovereignty, a strong army completely supported by the nation not fragmented like Iraq or Libya. It is a Nuclear nation with very sophisticated delivery systems. Now the sane among you need to ask “Why must you escalate the war into Pakistan” you really need a handle on things. Pakistani Army cleared SWAT and cleared South Waziristan as from these regions attacks on Pakistani civilians and military were being launched. Both these regions were successfully cleared in record time with minimum devastation and minimal air assaults unlike America in Afghwanistan. Why did this happen because Pakistan military had the complete support of the Pakthun tribals and there was a clear and identified threat emanating from those regions. American intelligence on North Waziristan is wrong, no such threat is emanating from their but this is the bone of contention for America especially strong voices aligned to The Republicans / Neocons against Pakistan. Pakistan feels this is an unnecessary escalation that will further escalate an already long war not being won by ISAF. Let the sane and rational thinkers stop and look at what I mean here. 90% of Afghwanistan is not in ISAF control, Pakistan has cleared certain areas of terrorist activities and pushed these terror groups back into Afghwanistan where they re-group pretty rapidly under the noses of ISAF. The TTP is believed as being aided by powers from within Afghwanistan namely India and remnants of a Neocon alliance with India yet Pakistan is the target of a misinformation war – PsyOps suggesting TTP is a Pakistani creation with support inside Pakistan, far from the truth. Now the pragmatic from among you will recognise the American public are being sold a half-baked truth and the problem within Afghwanistan lies within Afghwanistan. If the Afghwan Taliban who are not Al Qaeda remain strong inside Afghwanistan both through a fierce guerrilla war and through support from locals escalating into Pakistan is the wrong policy. Here the distinction needs to be made who is calling for an escalation of conflict into Pakistan and who benefits from it and what is the actual rational behind this. It is called The Great Game for a reason and America alone does not seek hegemony and influence in this very strategic and wealthy region but many others do. “Whoever controls Afghanistan controls the world” a very famous quote and a realisation that has been understood for centuries. All major trade routes go through this region and has always been the lynch pin for regional superiority. Whoever controls trade and resource is king over others. If you look back at the history of the 20th Century and the great wars to this day it has been based on controlling vital resources and gaining control of vital trade routes to then export / import those resources ideology and supremacy has always been secondary to the economic gains. The fight for hegemony over Pakistan and Afghanistan is no different. Pakistan has every right to protect its national sovereignty and national interest. Pakistan for those who wish to subjectively look into it was the most pro-American nation on earth but always treated as subservient as opposed to a friend let alone equal and today the Neocon has pushed Pakistan to a new relationship with Russia, China, Iran and Turkiye. If American sought influence in Central Asia and Afghwanistan it had to come through Pakistan but things are very muddy in Capitol Hill and strong lobbies are not fighting for America’s long term interest.

    Americans need to get a handle on the complex geostrategic battle taken place and understand that a major misinformation war is taking place on cyber space against Pakistan who has lost most in this long war. I hope sanity prevails in Capitol Hill and Pakistani sacrifice be recognised and any hostility towards Pakistan be diverted. Pakistan is not the only regional power and is not alone and American need not be defeated like the Soviets were. India is the sheep in wolves clothing and has no real presence in Afghwanistan historically, geographically or through ethnicity, culture, language, religion only that Afghwans have made their way into The Asian Sub Continent along with Persians and Central Asians and influenced much in what you call India today but not visa vi. Pakistan’s history part of India was very brief and short but historically Afghwanistan and Pakistan were one and the same with open borders to the rest of Central Asia. The British were unable to conquer what is Afghwanistan and much of what is Pakistan therefore it was carved up with one portion called British Empire known by the name of British India and the other became a buffer state with between British Empire and encroaching Russian Empire. The people of this region i.e. Afghwanistan and Pakistan have never been conquered by those who were unwelcome but alliances were always recognised that kept the status quo and was mutually benefited. The wrong approach will be catastrophic to America and Europe at a time of a New Great Depression. America needs to re-evaluate its Afghwanistan & Pakistan policy and lay clear boundaries on what India is “allowed” to do in this region. Think what will happened to the American economy and reputation if war is escalated into Pakistan with supplies cut from Pakistan and Russia (Russia’s recent request regarding European Defence Missile) and a defiant Iran and strong China all in favour of Pakistan’s position. Will India replace American boots inside Afghwanistan, I think not. Will India sacrifice its soldiers for America, I think not rather that it is opportunist and likes to sit on the fence and capitalise.

  12. alansaralhaq says:

    NATO’s Changing Poloicy towards Pakistan and Afghanistan Part 3:

    The Bonn Conference destined to be a failure:

    The first Bonn conference was a total disaster because NATO / ISAF failed to defeat the Afghwan Taliban. Back then Karzai was very hostile to Pakistan as was the Indian rhetoric, the Neocons policy was very imperialistic towards Pakistan and the general consensus was to deny Pakthuns a voice in the future of Afghwanistan. The Northern Alliance who before the American led invasion and occupation of Afghwanistan were pretty much an Indian proxy, beaten, battered and holding 10% territory if that in Afghwanistan. The Americans refused to deal with The Northern Alliance who were pro India back then and this was against The American interest denying India a foothold in Afghwanistan. The SOVIETS were defeated through Pakistan via American arms and funding to America the world was their oyster so it was left to Pakistan to clean up Afghwanistan and get rid of Indian, Iranian proxies. Back then India was the SOVIET ally and was waging a covert war against Pakistan through terror by bombing major Pakistani cities similar to today.

    With the American led invasion of Afghwanistan it was clear America now wanted all of Afghwanistan and much more. Pakistans subservitude was always on the cards and regime change in Iran. The target has always been China and stopping Russia from asserting herself. Suddenly The Northern Allaince were propelled from criminals, killers to rebels and freedom fighters, this thus meant a new role for India under the Neocon vision. This was a very hostile vision towards China and her ally Pakistan. A fundamental departure in the Brzezinski Eurasian strategy favouring India over Pakistan to contain China and at the same time remaining in Afghanistan.

    It was clear the blueprint would be Zbigniew Brzezinski’s Eurasian strategy but with Neocon introduced caveats that has placed America into the quagmire that is Afghanistan tody. Rather than befriending Pakistan the approach was very Imperialistic “do as I say” mentality. The Neocon plan was for a long term presence in Afghanistan, destabilisation of Pakistan if and a weak powerless pro American civil government to be brought in. The destabilising of Iran first through conflict and later through civil unrest ( as we say in 2010 and 2011 ). The conflict came via creating a manufactured terror group or a Islamist group to the world’s eyes and I draw your attention to CIA as well as Indian involvement in arming and funding The Rigi Brothers the architects of the anti Iranian government terror group Jundullah. The idea was to create a Sunni Shia divide distancing Iran from Pakistan and launching devastating terror attacks from Pakistans soil therefore creating a major political issue and potential border conflict between the two muslim neighbours. In a similar fashion the Chinese province of XingXiang a simialr conflict was instigated by India and The CIA, here the idea was to create hostility between Pakistan and China and furthermore take up the Uyghur issue internationally with a focus in Turkiye due to historic reasons but also Turkiye and China’s potential coming closer to be nipped in the bud very early on. The greater conflict was to take place inside Pakistan. With the Afghwani refugees caused by the indiscriminate American bombings of Afghwanistan a sizeable number of miscreants infiltrated the tribal belt of NWF Pakistan and Baloch. These miscreants entry to Pakistan was similar to the Indian Mukthi Bahini operation of the late 1960′s that led to the 1971 war and creation of Islamic Bangladesh. Then as in 2002 the Infiltration allowed them to integrate often assimilate and settle deep inside Pakistani territory, the TTP miscreants enteres as early as 2002. This was the incubation process of TTP Tereek-e-Taliban incorrectly coined by India as Pakistani Taliban to deliberately make an association with Afghwan Taliban. While this threat was left in incubation there was American supported calls for Musharraf to step down not just in the western hemisphere but inside Pakistan a kinda reversal of the Arab Spring led by US intervention and support. Here came the plan to install a pro American government and opposition, weaken Pakistan from within, reign in ISI and the Pakistan military. The problems was who to choose to head this internal sabotage, Benazir exiled and known for her corruption was a prime candidate for America. I believe it was Zardari all along because after all Benazir was a Bhutto and would not go to this extent to weaken and water down Pakistani constitution and make the ISI and Military completely weak. It is my thinking that Benazir was to be assasinated through a foreign hand through the miscreants who were becoming very bold in their attacks inside Pakistan namely the TTP to give Zardari entry into Pakistani politics. This would throw Pakistani population which has always remained united but in such a situation the Pakistani population into complete disarray and darkness not knowing who to trust. So Benazir’s assasination was an all time low for Pakistan, struggling with a criminal terror network called TTP heavily armed and funded by outside reported by Int. Media as being homegrown and one and the same as Afghwan Taliban. The concept was pretty much to rally Pakistani sentiment against ISI and military and launch offensive inside the tribal region to further isolate the Pakthuns and thus rally around TTP and create an independent country Pakthunistan. I call this the Indian re-creation of 1971 terror to divide and dismember Pakistan through TTP by isolating Pakthuns under an American umbrella inside Afghwanistan. The murder of Benazir further complicated things and threw the nation into complete darkness. The mechanism to deny Musharraf governance and accusations that the nation was a failed state from all parts of the globe were aggressively made, here the agenda was to overthrow Musharraf who was reluctant to reign in ISI and Military and also was at times tough to win over unlike Zardari today. In the chaos that ensued Zardari came to power, a really unlikely candidate, a criminal who had looted the wealth of Pakistan despised by the nation but on the sympathy for his martyred wife the Pakistani nation were duped and thus he bagn to dilute the role of ISI and Military while remaining ignorant on the mounting threat of the TTP. In all this chaos one cannot blame ISI as it had much to contend with, but Hussain Haqqani is very much someone who needs to punished for his sins. He gave out thousands of visas to non American diplomats essentially private security personnels with diplomatic impunity who were later known to be Blackwater / Xe mercenaries. They began co-ordinating with the TTP to focus on specific valuable targets, tangible targets across Pakistan. Baloch terror group led by Bramadagh Bugti who is now harboured by ISAF and India inside Afghanistan also became very aggressive and active. Hussain Haqqani was Washington’s mouthpiece to the West that ISI and Military are an impediment to peace. On a strategic level, on a grand level the world was eulogising India as the next superpower, a nation that was the 3rd world in 2000 by 2002 was seen as a great power and economy. It was clear India was provided with a global platform and she too joined the conspiracy against Pakistan with several false flag operations and pushed for certain groups focussed on liberating Kashmir to be declared terrorist. Indian media, Indian blogs and Indian agents in Washington were all certain that Pakthunistan was to be created and further maps were also drawn up. Certain things were overlooked the superiority of ISI to counter any RAW nefarious designs and the swift response of the Pakistan military but more importantly the patriotism and courage of Pakistani Pakthuns who were the first to highlight the miscreant TTP are not from among them and asked the military to come in and engage and they will fight with them. Unlike 1971 Khyber and Pakthunkwa were not divided from the rest of Pakistan and neither were Pakthuns easily infiltrated by Indians or anyone seen as pro India. This is based on historic context and Pakthuns mistrust towards India and with good reasons too.

    The ISI became very assertive inside Pakistan and Shareef is known for turning wherever the wind turned and the Zardari game was being stopped via opposition, the awakened nation and ISI. In record time Pakistan had crippled the TTP and quelled the manufactured uprising in Baloch, united the nation oncemore and had given them hope. The Necocons were losing in Afghanistan, the Afghwan Taliban were resurgent again and were regaining ground. It was clear the Indian plan had failed and Bush was in trouble. Pakistan had oncemore shown to the world that Afghanistan and Pakistan are one and the same, destabilising one will destabilise the other and stability in one will bring stability to the other. The first Bonn conference pushed the Indian plan to divide Afghwanistan along ethnic lines and this meant a longer American presence inside Afghwanistan and the Neocons had signed up to this, which included the destabilisation of Pakistan. Roger Blackwill and Bruce Reidel became India’s greatest mouth pieces in USA but the powers that be, also recognised this was a total failure. Americans sick to the teeth with the Neocon lies and thirst for conflict a looming recession they needed a change and fast. Obama’s Presidency recognised the importance of Pakistan in Afghanistan, Zbigniew Brzezinski describes Pakistan as the lynch pin of any Eurasain strategy to establish long term influence in the region but also to bring stability to Afghwanistan. India was being pushed away, it was clear RAW may have enjoyed bleeding and bruising Pakistan but on a strategic level they had suffered a major blow and the natural order was once again taking shape. As the recession suddenly grinded global capitalism to a halt a desperate West looked to India to contain China once more. Elements in Capitol Hill still favoured the Neocon ideas and oncemore leaned towards The Indians. We saw this strategic table tennis through the eyes of Karzai, bouncing between Islamabad and New Delhi but the came continues with no clear strategy from America in sight. Vilifation against Pakistan is oncemore on the rise as it was in 2007/2008, the assasination of Rabbani an ex Northern Allaince leader genuinely seeking reconciliation with Afghwan Taliban, The Karza visit to India, the remnants of Northern Alliance ready to take up arms and those within Afghwan government are using their position to demonise Islamabad. Zardari cannot hide that he is because of America and all the foreign NRO/NGO money that flows into Pakistan does not leave the pockets of Zardari and Co. Pakistanis see no Aid, an American AID that comes with strings representing 3% of Pakistans GDP that never leaves the pockets of PPP is not wanted. America uses it as a tool to humiliate each and every Pakistani. The voice of every Pakistani is demanding change and Zardari will have to go, they stand by their ISI and Military if you wish to talk to us talk to Pakistani’s on an equal platform give them trade not aid. America pushes for India to receive MFN, Hussain Haqqani was seeking American support to reign in Pakistani ISI and Military and The Bonn Conference was looming closer and Admiral Mullen’s strong words only to be back tracked later. The hands were shook and deals were made in the first Bonn conference but clearly was not followed through because the International community recongised Pakistans central role in bringing peace to Afghwanistan and not India. NATO attacks Pakistani troops days before The Bonn conference, a Strong stand by ISI and Miltary and a Pakistani population demanding Zardari and Co for a swift response things were once again tense. India’s deliberate ridicule of Pakistani ISI and Pakistani sentiment through the latest Veena controversey, the pro Indian lobbies working hand and glove with pro Zionist lobbies in America pushing the new Republican candidates to continue the villifation of Pakistan. All this is in aid of the Bonn conference that seeks a greater role for India, therefore ultimately seeking a longer American presence inside Afghanistan and to reduce Pakistans role and those of the legitimate neighbours of Afghanistan i.e. the real stakeholders like Iran, Russia and China. At the Bonn conference whatever is to be agreed will be words and it will rest on how America ends this war. The American graceful exit rests on Pakistan and reconciling the largest ethnicity inside Afghwanistan – The Pakthuns and Afghwan Taliban. Pakistan is tied to the destiny of Afghwanistan the Durand line does not separate Pakthuns in Pakistan who number greater than Pakthuns in Afghwanistan. A very interesting article written by Sajjad Shaukat explains how America has other designs for The Bonn conference which may not be what other Western leaders desire. It is clear the Indian agenda is back on the menu but creating destability inside Pakistan forcing it to not be adequately present will never chnage the ground realities inside Afghanistan. You can never change the will and hsitory of Afghwanistan and this region. an anti Afghwanistan agenda is an anti Pakistan agenda and visa vi and will create another decade of war, more American soldiers dead and there will be no sign of Indian boots to support them in sight. Shaukat Sajjad is well versed in international affairs and is the author of US vs Islamic Militants, Invisible Balance of Power: Dangerous Shift in International Relations. His article also oes to great length in showing the double hand of USA.

    We hope sanity prevails and doves fly out of Capitol Hill on route to the Bonn conference. We hope the Indian agenda is no longer an acceptable solution and an end to Pakistani villification. Let us wait and see the outcome of The Bonn Conference.

    There wrere many errors in my post above please correct the the title it should be “Polic” and replace paragraph 3 with;

    It was clear the blueprint would be Zbigniew Brzezinski’s Eurasian strategy but it is the Neocon introduced caveats that has placed America into the quagmire that is Afghanistan today. Rather than befriending Pakistan the approach was very Imperialistic “do as I say” mentality. The Neocon plan was for a long term presence in Afghanistan which would lead to the destabilisation and villification of Pakistan this would begin through careful drawn out PsyOps cyber and media perception change of Pakistan. The next stage was to introduced a weak powerless pro American civil government and major constitutional changes before a armed manufactured insurgency could be let loose on the innocent unaware Pakistanhis. Pakistan would be a major staging ground for this future Neocon and Indian agenda but Pakistan alone would not suffere destability but the wider region including Iran and China. The destabilisation of Iran was envisaged first through conflict and later through civil unrest as we saw in the staged demonstrtaions and complete support for virtually unheard pro American opposition leaders. The iranian conflict came via an armed Islamist insurgency, creating a manufactured terror group or a Islamist group to the world’s eyes but the real architects would be The CIA as well as Indian involvement in arming and funding The Rigi Brothers who created Jundullah. The idea was to create a Sunni Shia divide distancing Iran from Pakistan and launching devastating terror attacks from Pakistans soil. This therefore would create a major political issue and potential border conflict between the two muslim neighbours capitalised by India Chahbhar port. In a similar fashion the Chinese province of XingXiang a simialr conflict was instigated by India and The CIA, here the idea was to create hostility between Pakistan and China and furthermore take up the Uyghur issue internationally with a focus on Turkiye due to historic reasons. Turkiye was signalling coming closer to China and a key startegic US partner this was unacceptable and needed to be nipped in the bud very early on by the USA. It was clear Pakistan was at greatest risk and we all saw its Zenith in 2008 with all her borders highly volatile and the rise out of no where of a non Pakistani terror group heavily armed and funded, referring to Tereek-e-Taliban or the TTP. Therefore the greater conflict was to take place inside Pakistan a key Chinese ally. The Afghwani refugees began moving across the Durand line as early as 2001 but more so after the American indiscriminate bombings of Afghwanistan and with these refugees entered a sizeable number of miscreants. Under Pakistani good will and sympathy for the Afghwan refugees these miscreants were able to infiltrate the tribal belt of NWF Pakistan and Baloch. These miscreants entry to Pakistan was similar to the Indian Mukthi Bahini operation of the late 1960′s that led to the 1971 war and creation of Islamic Bangladesh. Here the Indian agenda was to dismember the PAkthun and Baloch regions of Pakistan from Pakistan and create pro Indian and American nations. By 2002 the Infiltration of these foreign criminals werre able to integrate often assimilate and settle deep inside Pakistani territory. This was the incubation process of TTP Tereek-e-Taliban incorrectly coined by India as Pakistani Taliban to deliberately make an association with Afghwan Taliban. While this threat was left in incubation there were American supported calls for Musharraf to step down not just in the western hemisphere but inside Pakistan a kinda reversal of the Arab Spring led by US intervention and support. Here came the plan to install a pro American government and opposition, weaken Pakistan from within, reign in ISI and the Pakistan military. The problems was who to choose to head this internal sabotage, Benazir exiled and known for her corruption and desperate to return to Pakistan was a prime candidate for America. It is my personal belief it was Zardari all along who would head the pro American government on the back of the Bhutto and PPP sympathisers. It is my thinking that their was intent by outside foreign players through the TTP to assasinate Benazir and spread chaos and confusion in side Pakistan. This would fragmented a united Pakistani nation along the lines of ethnicity i.e. Baloch, Pakthun, Punjabi, sindhi and Kashmiri and would lose all faith on the ISI and Military and will fall prey to the global misinfiormation war spread about Pakistan. So Benazir’s assasination was an all time low for Pakistan, struggling with a criminal terror network called TTP heavily armed and funded by a foreign hand but reported by the international media as being homegrown and one and the same as Afghwan Taliban. This would push Pakistani nation in conflict with Afghwans and Pakthuns with complete mistrust and loss of confidence on Pakistan military and intelligence. The call for democracy was a ploy to remove Musharraf whow as seen as a obstacle because he kept the military and ISI in power in Pakistan. A weak government was to weaken Pakistani state instutions but also military and unable to cope with the insurgency manufactured by TTP leading to a Baloch and Pakthun revolt against entire Paksitan. This would lead to complete dissolvement of Pakistani state and her nuclear assets declared unsafe and handed to United Nations and we saw this being discussed in Idia and Washington in 2008. Thus directly harming Chinese interests in the region and pushing China closer to a conflict with USA. In 2008 when all this was going on we also saw the TTP were looking to march towards Islamabad from SWAT and calling for a new state Pakthunistan and pro Indian claims were also made over Kashmir. The concept was pretty much to rally Pakistani sentiment against ISI and military and launch offensive inside the tribal region to further isolate the Pakthuns so they would rally around TTP and create an independent country Pakthunistan. I call this the Indian re-creation of 1971 terror to divide and dismember Pakistan through TTP by isolating Pakthuns under an American umbrella inside Afghwanistan. In the same period we saw the rise of TTP, conflict on Pakistani borders, demands for Musharraf to step down and the assasination of Benazir Bhutto and calls for UN and America to step in and declare Pakistan a failed state. He gave out thousands of visas to non American diplomats essentially private security contractors with full diplomatic impunity. These were later known to be Blackwater / Xe mercenaries. They began co-ordinating with the TTP to focus on specific valuable targets, tangible targets across Pakistan which were targeted by bombings and suiicide bombers. Indian media, Indian blogs and Indian agents in Washington were all supportive that a Pakthunistan should be created and members on how to dismember Pakistan into 4 nations were ven drawn up and published. There is much talk about Afghwan Taliban inside Pakistan but little acceptance a deliberate denial that Afghwanistan 90% of it is under the real Afghwan insurgency led by The real Taliban. Afghwan represent a sizeable spread of Afghwanistan and without them there can be no Peace. There is much speculation over Pakistans strategic interest but Pakistans is one of historic, geographic, cultural, ethnic and economic interest that can not be said for India.

    We hope sanity prevails and doves fly out of Capitol Hill on route to the Bonn conference. We hope the Indian agenda is no longer an acceptable solution and an end to Pakistani villification. Let us wait and see the outcome of The Bonn Conference.
