The Chinese have brilliantly developed relations with various religious parties in Pakistan. A few months the head of the Jamat e Islami (JI) went to Beijing and hobnobbed with the rich and the famous in the capital of the new and upcoming superpower. This week Maulana Fazal Ur Rehman, the head of the Jamiat e Ulema e Islam (JUI). The JUI is the equivalent of the Jamiat e Ulema e Hind (JUH) of Bharat. The JUI meeting was hosted by the Communist Party of China (CPC) and taken around the Chinese Republic. Various agreements were signed.
Not only did Maula Fazal Ur Rehman to go Beijing, he also went to the Xinjiang, China’s Muslim majority area which borders Pakistan.
The head of the JUI will of course ensure that he or his cadre do not advertently and inadvertently support the East Turkistan Islamic Movement (ETIM) or its Bharati and CIA sponsored leadership–which rioted in Xinjiang last year.
While Bharat (aka India) tries to dehyphenate its relationship with China, it surely did step on a few toes in Beijing this year when it tried to sabotage Beijing’s Civilian Nuclear deal with Pakistan. While some Bharati spin doctors are trying to put a good face on the robust Pakistani-Chinese relationship, many are chagrined by Beijing’s support of Pakistan at all international forums, and envious of the way the Chinese are setting up industrial plants, building housing colonies, constructing dams, and designs planes with the Pakistanis.
Bharat faces tremendous issuers with the Afghan National Resistance (fka Tlaiban) and their Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (fka Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan). Its policy right now it try to work with its agent Abdullah Abdullah and try to bifurcate Afghanistan along ethnic lines. This is not a strategy, it is Bharat’s desperation in the mountains known as Hindu Kush (Hindu killer). While China has overtly and covertly built relations with Afghanistan and has built tremendous clout with the people, Bharat’s billion Dollars have been wasted in building roads to nowhere–which it had hoped would bypass Pakistan. The roads and other projects lie in a state of disrepair, and the Afghan National Resistance controls them. China is also building a network of rail lines which connect not only Western China to the Aisa grid, they will eventually bind Tajikistan, Uzbekistan to the port city of Gwader in Pakistan. The Chinese are very keep on the new rail links. In fact last year when the Pakistani rail officials went to China to begin talking about the Kashgar-Gwader rail line, they were astonished to find that the Chinese had already decided the path, and completed a the basic homework required to build the railway line. This month the Pakistani president visited Beijing, and took a large delegation with him. When the Chinese found out that the Railway Minister was missing from the entourage, they were disappointed, and requested Mr. Zardari to invite him. The Railway Minister was flown to China and joined the Pakistani delegation. There is news that the Chinese will be hooking up to the Pakistani Railways through Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, and also along the Karakorum Highway–which itself is being expanded with several new border crossings.
Islamabad’s transit deal with Afghanistan languishes in bureaucratic maze which refuses to allow any third party discussion in the bilateral deal. Pakistan should be pressing Afghanistan to open up the three passes in the Wakhan panhandle of Afghanistan so that Pakistanis can travel to Tajiksitan without fear or harassment.
Bharat has been unable to resolve it boundary and other disputes with China or with any other country for that matter. Those border tensions keep enmity in all countries that border Bharat. If Bharat wants a regional and global presence, it has to mend fences with all her neighbors. If the shouting match with the Pakistanis are any barometer of the Bharati success in peace making—the country will continue to be harassed by all her neighbors. Sikkim, Bhutan, Nepal, Lanka, and even Bangladesh are suspicious of the big bully. China of course has to defend itself, else it would have lost half its territory to Delhi definition of “Tibet”. It remains suspicious of Delhi politicians and military leaders who think of China as its number one enemy. Delhi tried to bill itself up as a counterweight to China in front of the Bush Administration but failed to get any traction on that account. The new realities in Pakistan and Afghanistan confirm that the Pakistanis are extremely valuable to America and Islamabad will continue to be important to Washington for a long time.

real estate”. And all politics in south asia is subordinated to this fact. As noted previously chinese
historical investment is rooted in history–going back to atleast to 7th cent Harsh vardhan ,a king who ruled Pak.area.
It seems that India has been out played and your article does provide powerful evidence. Interacting with
religious parties seems another long term goal of smart chinese. Pakistan.s future does appear bright and sooner than later india will perhaps make serious
peace moves.
Will make one correction on “hindu kush” and then shut up. Hindu is from sandha/sindha means any river
in Brushashki language in Gigit area ( not from sanskrit) and pakistan’s ancient neighbour( ~2000BC)

most sacred book Rig Ved mentiones ” sabat sindu”
– means 7 rivers ( sabat is arabic for 7) including kabul, gomul + 5 of panjab.

If we are to take your theory than Khud Kushi means self pull–which become a pretty nasty word, and does not depict suicide. Once again, HIndu Kush means Hindu killer–just like Khud Kush hamlaawar means suicide bomber.

Insha’allah a vibrant, secure and stable Gwader will outshine Dhubai and more significantly anything India seeks to build.
Further a secure and stable Gwader as a regional major trading port will help encourage a new relationship with Bangladesh who should be supported also by China to rebuild the Bay of Bengal – thus by passing anything India seek to create.
Let us teach Bharati’s a lesson, that the Indus is Pakistan, it is our history our glories they promote to the world to gain status. Let us teach the Bharati’s they have no stake in Central Asia as this is Khorasan to which Pakistan and Afghanistan are central nations and there is no room for Bharat to dictate here.

A good beginning can be made by opening the three passes in the Wakhan panhandle of Afghanistan which was illegally taken from Pakistan in order to create the so called state called “Afghanistan”. The Wakhan panhandle belongs tot he Wakhai people, most of whom are Pakistanis.
The Wakhan corridor open up historic and traditional links to Tajikistan and beyond.

It is not meaning to kill hindus on the contrary this is the region where as the Hindus write how The Northern Kingdoms came and conquered Delhi.

They have corrupted history and hijacked our history.
I would personally stop looking for answers to their historic names in Hindu books written several hundered years later and focus on Perisan and Arabic history.
