   it is not just happened today and it is part of the [...] attitude.
   if you see 2 pakistanis, they have 3 parties/groups.
   they are impatient with any thing civilized.
   as Clinton suggests iwt has a method, agreement and arbitatration. why not go to international court as parallel method without beating the chest. pakistan never stoped to go to UN for kashmir… tell me editor why pakistan is not going to IC for IWT… just answer this simple question without cut and paste hundres of links and pharses .

   i think with this impatient attitude pakistan turn the country into a pre historic rubble and failed state

   Only Chenab, Jehlum and Indus originate from the state of Jammu & Kashmir. The other three rivers Satluj, Beas and Ravi originate from the state of Himachal Pradesh which was part of pre 1947 united Punjab. The Govt. of Pakistan needs to be more vigilant to safeguard its water rights and not wake up after bouts of slumberness. The construction of Baglihar Dam was monitored by their Indus Water commission and their reservations on some technicalities of Dam height etc was addressed by appointment of a World Bank neutral expert on their request. They should be very pro active and ask for all necessary data for new hydel projects comming up on Chenab/Jehlum basins and ensure that Indus Water Treaty is not voilated which in most likeliness may not be so. However abberations cannot be ruled out for which they should remain quite vigilant and do proper home work on the clauses of the Treaty instead of floating ideas of “Bombardment” when it is too early to say that India is really voilating the Treaty.
   By the way construction of Wular Barrage on Jehlum (presently stalled due to Pakistani objections) would benefit both, Hydel Stations of Indian Kashmir down stream of Wular and stablise water input to Mangla Dam during winter months besides raising the depleted water level of Wular Lake . Can the two countries put their Heads together to address this common problem, quite probable but not impossible.

   Mr Ansari: I have been exposing the dirty face of Bharat(aka planet of slum) for a year now by posting videos in youtube of how bharat has created terrorist militia in its neighbourhood to keep the subcontinent in penury. Bharat want to make the condition of Pakistan Subcontinet worse than subsaharan africa. It is the only region of the world where the neighbouring have the least trade against each other, just because of one disgustingly poor country. Bharatis always comparing themselves with Pakistan- a country 10 times smaller than itself to show how sexy and prosperous Bharat is. I was misfortunate to visit the city of delhi in 1998, as soon as i entered the airport there was this disgusting smell of urine every where, people shouting, abusing and pushing each other as if you entered a zoo. Even zoo animals are trained to be civilized to show respect to foreigners. It looked to me as if i just came to a land of barbarians.
   Anyway I wanted to tell you i have been receiving derogatory and defamatory emails by every disgusting son of a bitch bharati just because i am spreading truth. They always attack your mother and sister. They have no respect for their teachers or for any senior women. Many indian for what i have seen use defamatory remaks against each other mothers to call .
   They were rated the most arrogant travellors by expedia.com recently. To every Hindu Bharati, every non-brahmin women is a sex toy to them so they can rape them whenever they like to make their COW God happy.
   Up untill 2003 i would hardly see any bharati in melbourne downtown or in any store, but after 2003 their population have exploded like a hiroshima bomb they really, really breed like rats. They have turned the beautifull city of Melbourne into Slumdog City everywhere you see you find bharati. They start calling themselves aussies as soon as they board the flight for Australia. They feel ashamed to call themselves India and their bharati names. They come here by seling their mothers, wives and sisters. After being thrashed regularly by aussies, they still dont want to leave the country to go back to Gharibabad. They r doing job here at half the rate. Bharat aka land of GAYS today has the fastest growing gay community in the world. So when bharatis come here they dont have any problem confessing and feel proud of themselves kissing cuddling eack other. Most Bharatis have found the profession of prostitutes and gays in brothels to be more desirable after taxi driving and watchmen being more difficult to do. A recent report suggests bharati stick to one job at a time. When one does anything the rest follows. First there was taxi driving then watchmen then fruit sellers and now prostitution.

   I just cant imagine how much defamatory abusive language they must be using against you as they are against me for exposing them. For exposing the real devilish face of bharat and exposing its each devilish tactics i give you Kudos, keep up the good work spread truth, light and unity

   Rupee news is nothing but a Pakistani propaganda website. Though this website let me put few things very clearly in Pakistani heads. India is not USSR or USA where one war casualty makes headlines. India has 1.2 billion people and loosing 500 millions in a war is not going to finish India. Pakistanis should stop living in Islam’s past glories of creating Islamic empires. If 1000 years of Islamic onslaught could not kill the Indian spirits, better forget it now and learn to live in peace. Pakistan can not dictate India for ever under the threat of nuclear war. If terror attacks continue, Indians will have no option but to fight to finish even if it means all out nuclear war. May be 500 million Indians will be killed, but remember, there won’t be a soul left in Pakistan. World will watch from distance if there is next war between these two nations. Indians don’t accept this nonsense of two nation theory based upon religion. This is purely a Pakistani problem and we simply don’t care about it. Pakistani calculations had gone wrong in 1948, 1965 and 1971. Rest assured same will happen again. Next miscalculations is going to be fatal, Looking at the titles of this website, all I can say is that the owner of this site has sick mind and needs treatment.

   J&k will be more developmental and progressive under indian rule. The best example of bad rule under pakistan was east pakistan(bangladesh), where east pakistanis people were treated terribly under west pakistan rule. Now come to the present pakistan which is a best example of failed state.

    Failed States 2010

    The best example of a failed state is Bharat where 450 million Dalits live in enslavemnet, 40% of the coutnry is in the control of the Maoists/naxals, where 50 states do not want to be part of Delhi rule and want to go their own way. The best example of a failed state is a country which houses most of the worlds poor, where 75% of the population lives under $2 per day, where half the population of Delhi, Mumbia, Benaras, Kolkota live on the sidewalk and to put salt on the wounds the city charges rent for living, procreating, dyeing on the sidewalk–and yet finds money to buy a rust decrepit Air Carft Carrier for $2 Billion.

    It takes 800,000 soldiers to keep down the Kashmiris–thousands to keep Assam part of Bharat–yet Maharashtra wants to impose Ram Raj and Gujerat wants Hindu Rashtra–some secular ‘democracy’.

    Bangladesh is more of a thorn in the side of Bharat than East Pakistan ever was. Bharat’s ephemeral vicitory in 1971 was defeated on August 14th, 1975 when the Indian agent killed and left in the streets to die.

    Today Bangladesh is working for Brihot Bangladesh which will encompass of Lord Clive’s Bengal.

    One small Love story: There were two friends P and C living nearby seprated by a common envy B. B and P were born as twins but C made them bitter enemy. There were several streams of nectar flowing in the garden of B and C, and few in the garden of P part of which was grabbed by P. Streams from C were entring in the garden of B and stremas of B were entring in the garden of P. C tried to please its friend P by stoping the streams flowing in B, and turning them into disaster flashpoints, becuase of lot of nectar stored turns into poison. Natural resource are to be shared with firends. In some part of the garden of B nectar was not available. So it decided to have some nectar for its part of the garden. P was very notorious and cried and cried and threatened to forcfully have the nectar and launched a war cry in the name of “Is B inviting war by witholding P nectar?”. The answer is no. Because B also knows, having a natural resource for its own garden is first priority. It also knows that the process is natural to nurture its own garden. And leave some nectar as donation to other saints, if available. It never stores nectar like C and hence it will not become poison for P. I suggest rupeenews to encourage ideas of brotherhood which brings all the human P, B and C together. Nature has provided enough for mans need but not for its greed. Good friendly relations will obviously help in sharing the resource which will bring prosperity to the most populous and civilized region of the world. “AMAN KI ASHA KAYAM HAI”.

    Washington, March 26 (IANS)

    Pakistani-American terror suspect David Headley’s confession about his involvement in the Mumbai terror showed in clear contours the close relationship between Al Qaeda and the Pakistani militant group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), according to a former CIA analyst.

    Headley’s revelations around the European cell were particularly disturbing, Bruce Riedel, who was a member of the National Security Council in the Clinton administration and is now at the Brookings Institution was quoted as saying by the New York Times on Friday.

    They showed that “Al Qaeda still has a significant operational infrastructure somewhere in Europe,” he said. Details of Headley’s activities, contained in his plea agreement with US authorities, “raise troubling questions about how an American citizen could travel for so long undetected from his home base in Chicago to well-established terrorist training camps in Pakistan,” the Times said in a report from Islamabad.

    Charged with helping plan the 2008 terrorist attacks in Mumbai, Headley, 49, moved effortlessly between the United States, Pakistan and India for nearly seven years, training at a militant camp in Pakistan on five occasions, according to the plea agreement.

    Headley started his career as a militant scout with LeT, a terrorist group established decades ago with the help of the Pakistani military and intelligence agencies.Lashkar was supposed to have been outlawed in Pakistan in 2002, but it remains active behind the veil of a public charity in Pakistan and, according to Headley’s plea, continued to be assisted by former Pakistani military officials in recent years.

    The plea names a retired Pakistani military officer, Col. Abdur Rehman Hashim Syed, known as Pasha, as Headley’s main contact with Lashkar. Earlier prosecution documents said that Colonel Syed was arrested last year in Pakistan on unspecified charges, but then released.

    In early 2009 Colonel Syed introduced Headley to Muhammad Ilyas Kashmiri, a Qaeda operative in North Waziristan, according to the document.The visit in February 2009 may finally have put Headley on the radar of the American authorities, who started tracking him in the late spring of last year, Riedel was quoted as saying.

    Headley’s plea agreement with the government was not his first. After being sentenced for drug trafficking in the 1990s, he served as an informant in Pakistan for the Drug Enforcement Agency as part of a deal for a lighter sentence, the US daily said.

    He was in Pakistan for the drug agency from the late 1990s until at least 2001. By 2002, he was training with Lashkar, raising the possibility that he had made contact with the militants while still working for the drug agency, the Times suggested.

    Please past your article link in the right place. This is a spot for “comments” not articles.

    If you do want your articles to be published, please do not use fake names and fake emails.

    You did not publish the entire article–you left out parts where Mr. Headley was first arrested by the DEA and should have gotten a 40 year sentence–however he was let off after two years, and then employed by the DEA.

    You also left out important details from the media reports in the Bharati press which is convinced that Mr. Headley worked for the CIA–and made repeated trips to Pakistan and Bharat under US supervision and mentoring.
