Bangladesh was created in the name of Bengali nationalism. However the Hindu Bengalis who had opposed the parition of Bengal in 1906 opposed and did not join Muslim Bangladesh as Bengalis. To oust the BNP government from power, local and international conspirators in collaboration Awami League (AL) were engaged in deep conspiracy. Accordingly, on the basis of Sheikh Hasina’s instruction, the AL General Secretary Abdul Jalil publicly declared to upset the BNP government within 30 days applying tram card. They were engaged in serious conspiracies in 2006 and 07 to unseat the then government and later in order to deter holding the general election under the caretaker government of Dr. Yazuddin they created abnormal law and order situation through committing murder, robbery, hijacking, and destroying public property, ruining the economy of the country and withdrawing the nomination papers to boycott the scheduled election. They threatened to start non-cooperation movement. According to their blueprint they designed to capture power by annihilating BNP and nationalist forces.

The incumbent prime minister publicly claimed that promulgation of the state of emergency in Bangladesh and the installation of the Army-back caretaker government led by Fakharuddin government was the outcome of her movement. The efforts to compel the former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia to leave Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina’s departure from Bangladesh and efforts to deter her entrance to the country, mass arrest of the BNP leaders and activists were the different stages of that conspiracy. Lodging cases after cases and arresting Khaleda Zia, Tarique Rahman, Arafat Rahman and conspiracy to kill Tarique Rahman were directed to implement that blueprint.

Appointing foreign lawyers in favor of Sheikh Hasina, putting pressure on the caretaker government using foreign conspirators, releasing Sheikh Hasina, but keeping Khaleda Zia jail lodging fake cases were the integral part of that conspiracy. The caretaker government, Election Commission and DGFI (an intelligence agency) etc., in the name of ‘reform’ conspired to divide BNP into pieces. Abrupt announcement of election date by the Election Commission, priority to Awami League (AL) bypassing BNP and inviting AL to hold talks with the Chief Election Commissioner in order to hold a 72-type election assured to empower AL. To keep BNP out of election race DGFI with the help of the so-called ‘reformists’ tried to form a new BNP who were supposed to run in the election. Sheikh Hasina publicly declared her party would go for election whether any other party would participate or not. She declared in advance that her party would win in the election and AL would form the next government.

So the election was entirely premeditated. The caretaker government sent envoy to former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia while she was confined in jail. She rejecting a proposal firmly informed that she would not participate in any election on the basis of a clandestine alliance with the caretaker government and a foreign power. Being failed to convince Begum Khaleda Zia, later the conspirators sided with Sheikh Hasina. Sheikh Hasina, while was in confinement, entered in an unholy alliance with the envoy of the caretaker government and committed to allow the Fakharuddin government to safely exit and crown them with high position in abroad to Moeen U Ahemd, Fakharuddin Ahmed and other officials. She declared to ratify and legitimize all the activities of the caretaker government.

According to the blueprint, influencing the presiding and returning officers the caretaker government in order to empower Sheikh Hasina cast over 90% votes in 160 selected constituencies of the National Assembly which was an unprecedented record not only in Bangladesh but throughout the world. The conspirators filled the ballot-boxes with ballot papers in advance and declared the AL candidates as winners.

Secret meeting between Moeen U Ahmed and Sajib Wazid Joy in Boston; meeting of DGFI officials in London and treaty of understanding with Sheikh Sheikh Rehana and Syeed Ashraf Ali; clandestine meeting of Gen. Moeen with Sajib Wazid Joy, Sheikh Rehana and Pronob Mukharjee and other Indian officials, etc., were directed to implementation the conspiracies and blueprint-oriented election.

So what the former AL General Secretary, who was also of one of the conspirators and second in command of AL disclosed the truth how the planted election held to get power The results of 2008 election and AL’s empowerment were the reflection of the long conspiracies. Former President Hossain Mohammad Ershad, main partner of the incumbent government also disclosed the same just after the BDR mutiny and killing of the 57 Army officers at Peelkhana. The results of the 2008 general election did not ventilate the sentiments and hopes and aspirations of the Bangladeshi people. Shaikh Mujib Ur Rehman signed a “Treaty of Friendship” with Bharat and signed away Bangladeshi independence.

Treaty of friendship with India March 19 1972: Sheik Mujib and his government presented the people fascism in the name of democracy, social injustice in the name of socialism, national disunity in the name of Bengali nationalism and communal disharmony in the name of secularism. In this way after subjugating the whole nation in a state of gasping suffocation all the opposition was crushed systematically through state terrorism with a view to close all the constitutional and democratic avenues to bring any change of government. The nation was thrown into an era of total darkness with no hope to breathe afresh. It was Awami League of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman that mortgaged the national independence and state sovereignty signing the 25 years long-term unequal treaty with India. By creating Rakkhi Bahini, Lal Bahini, Sheccha Shebok Bahini and other private Bahinis AWAMI-BKSALISTS unleashed an unbearable reign of terror killing 40000 nationalists and patriotic people with out any trial.
