Lieutenant General Hoon claimed that Thackeray instructed him to set up the training camps. Another Balaji follower is the Indian army’s serving Lieutenant Colonel Srikanth Prasad Prohit, most wanted by Pakistan for his complicity in torching the Samjhota Express which took a toll of 59 Pakistani passengers. Bal Thackeray continues to publish inflammatory editorials in his party’s newsletter, Sâmna (Confrontation). When explaining his views on Hindutva he has conflated Islam with violence and has called for Hindus to “fight terrorism and fight Islam.” In an interview that is published in Suketu Mehta’s book titled Maximum City, he advocates the hanging of Indian Muslims and mass expulsion of Muslim migrants from neighbouring Bangladesh. One of his more acerbic statements needs attention: “They [Muslims] are spreading like a cancer and should be operated on like a cancer. The...country should be saved from the Muslims and the police should support them [Hindu Maha Sangh] in their struggle just like the police in Punjab were sympathetic to the Khalistanis.” Moreover, Thackeray had criticised and challenged the Indian Muslims through his party newspaper, Sâmna, when the 16th century Babri Masjid was demolished by members of the Shiv Sena and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the northern town of Ayodhya, on December 6, 1992. The razing of the mosque was followed by mass killing and genocide of the Muslims. The Justice Srikrishna Commission of Enquiry, which investigated the communal riots in Mumbai, named Thackeray for sparking anti-Muslim violence that had led to more than 1,000 deaths in several ensuing riots. The Srikrishna Commission found that Thackeray was personally responsible, not only for inciting the mobs through his incendiary speeches, but also directly coordinating the movement of the rioters. In a deposition before the Srikrishna Commission a witness alleged Thackeray coordinated much of the January 1993 Mumbai carnage. Yuvraj Mohite claimed: “Balasaheb ordered that not one Muslim be left alive to stand in the witness box, and asked his men to send the additional police commissioner, A A Khan, to his Allah.” Balaji later announced: “I am proud of what my boys have done. Do you have any idea how these riots started in gujarat, they were started with muslims burning some 250 people including women and children in train.India never asked about hindus in pakistan why should pakistan bother about muslims in India, they are doing much better than average muslim in pakistan.

Why Lashkar has to be banned
1) Lashkar is globally identified as a terrorist outfit which is responsible for creating disturbances not only in Pakistan but in neighbouring states as well
2) The nexus between Lashkar and Al Qaida has been identified and established and hence the pressure from all the quarters of the world to ban it.
3) Most of the terrorist outfits in Pak have been behind extemist activities not only in Pak but in India ( they palnt a bomb and then smugly claim they have done it).
Thus all the terrorists wanted by India who are safely tucked away in Pak are people who have been involved in terrorist activities on the Indian Soil. Which is why India has every right to ask for them to be handed over.

For kashmir SIngh dont you think 35 years is more than enough a timr to be spent for whatever crimes have been commited and mind you he was not roaming free in Pak but was in a jail and according to The Ansar Burney Trust which is a Pakistani Human Rights organisation, in a deplorable condition. and if at all he was a criminal why could not the pakistani govt put him to trial and sentence him..it kept him locked up for 35 years which is more than the normal life term imprisonment. If at all he was a criminal a spy as per Pakistan that too a RAW backed one then buddy he would have been executed by your government even before the Indians got a wind of it…you could have done whatever you wanted to with him some years back when Indo-Pak relationships were not exactly thawing and so none of the sides weer under any pressure to release any POW..
So when for 35 years you could not find enough reasons to execute him how can you put him in the same league as maybe Dawood or the other LeT terrorists. And even on the Indian side the death sentence of Afzal Guru (a pakistani national) was stayed even after he was convicted of attacking the Parliament. So all this exchanging or freeing of prisoners is mutual my dear friend and people like Sarabjit singh or kashmir Singh have had their share of imprisonment unlike the terrorists on the loose in Pakistan.
