My heart bleeds for the Indian poor. Almost 90% Indians live below the real poverty line. The government of India is callous and shameless when it comes to rescuing its poors. To hide facts, it has arbitarily fixed the povertyline at Rs 10 per day, whereas the standard fixed by world bank and asian bank was US $ 1 which has now been increased to 1.35 dollars due to increasing food prices.
I wonder how ungrteful and thankless we Pakistanis are who are far more better off than the Indians.
Whereas the minimum wage in Paksitan is Rs 6000, Government of India has fixed it at Rs 1250. No wonder, many emploees of Indian government live below poverty line, not to speak of millions who
work in un-organized sectors or are unemployed. India’s population living below povertyline exceeds 90% because now the Asian Bank has fixed povertyline at Us $ 1.35 per day per person.

It is clear that the author of the blog and Pakistanti and Chinese contributors have inferiority complex and sense of insecurity because they are unable to handle the progress, the successess and the development that is admired and praised by USA, UK, Russia, Europe and Japan.
Rather than focusing on India, I sugges that the blogger/author/contributors pay more attention to their own countries, their poverty, illiteracy, homelessess, unemployment. No Pakistani / other Muslim / Chinese has an ‘inferiority complex’ vis-a-vis India because India has nothing of its own worth having, so what’s there to have a complex about?
The only thing India can do is pilfer Muslim achievements like Muslim cuisine (all dishes except daal and poppadoms), language (Urdu), architecture (Taj Mahal, Red Fort etc), culture (Mughal ‘high culture’ peddled as ‘Indian’), dress (shalwar kameez, pashmina shawls,the sherwani, the achkan, the khuusa shoes, the so-called ‘Nehru collar’ which isn’t Nehru’s at all- he taxed it from Muslim nobleman) and much else, because there’s clearly nothing worth having in the Hindu ‘civilisation’.
The only thing that came out of the Indian (Hindu) culture is the caste system, India’s national dish of diarrhoea-like lentils (daal), the ‘bindi’ dot, the turmericy-looking stuff in the hair-line, suttee, female infanticide, murder and oppression of ‘untouchables’ and other non-Hindus, the prohibition of widow re-marriage (those that escape the pyre!), the unhygienic woodstock-like orgy of unwashed hideous men and women in the Kumbh Mela, the setting up of ‘terrorist incidents’ by the Hindu state then blamed on Muslims (external and internal), the drinking of urine (cow and human) and such like.
India’s the one with the Pakistan and Islam/Muslim complex!
It is a schizophrenic state. Apart from trying to take credit for Muslim achievements, it even tries to join the OIC (Organisation of Islamic Countries) on the one hand, and on the other, it has a pathological hatred of Islam, Muslims and Pakistan. That’s why it does its best to murder its own Muslim population as in the Gujarat pogroms of 2002 where thousands of Muslims were burnt to death by Hindu fanatics abetted by the state.
Just what is to envy? India is always trying to ape somebody, first Muslims and now Americans. It has some ok economic growth and an affluent middle class but all the while, most Indians are starving to death. Yet it can’t touch the power-house of China which is now the world’s real Super Power.
China at least has a sophisticated civilisation of its own, which it can largely claim as its own. What can India claim as its own apart from those unattractive things above?
