107 Indian ‘Consulates’ and RAW Intel Units in Afghanistan spreading terror to Pakistan

There is a terror network in Afghanistan. Many analysts have provided robust proof of the Bharati involvement in Afghanistan. Penury stricken Delhi didn’t spend about a Billion Dollars in Afghanistan so that the investment would eliminate the slums of Mumbai or feed the Dalits. India spent the money in Afghanistan so that it could build a base of operations against Pakistan. One of the prime directives of the RAW was to destabilize Pakistan. Asif  Haroon Raja sheds light on the developments in Afghanistan and RAWs machinations in Kabul. It is run by Delhi. Officially there are only 4 Consulates and 13 “Information Centers“. But each fake “Consulate” has “Consular offices“, and each “Information center” has “Sub-sections” and “Desks”. In addition the Indian companies that are working in Afghanistan allow the Indian RAW agencies open access to the facilities and the offices. Anatomy of Indian Intelligence Services and Alliances

We have substantiated our views via several independent sources.

_I think it would be a mistake to completely disregard Pakistan’s regional perceptions due to doubts about Indian competence in executing covert operations. That misses the point entirely. And I think it is unfair to dismiss the notion that Pakistan’s apprehensions about Afghanistan stem in part from its security competition with India. Having visited the Indian mission in Zahedan, Iran, I can assure you they are not issuing visas as the main activity! Moreover, India has run operations from its mission in Mazar (through which it supported the Northern Alliance) and is likely doing so from the other consulates it has reopened in Jalalabad and Qandahar along the border. Indian officials have told me privately that they are pumping money into Baluchistan. Kabul has encouraged India to engage in provocative activities such as using the Border Roads Organization to build sensitive parts of the Ring Road and use the Indo-Tibetan police force for security. It is also building schools on a sensitive part of the border in Kunar–across from Bajaur. Kabul’s motivations for encouraging these activities are as obvious as India’s interest in engaging in them. Christine Fair: Foreign Policy Magazine. March 2009

The “Consulates” train agents, and then send them across the border to sabotage and create general mayhem among the population. The purpose of these operations is the same as it always has been. RAW used similar facilities to bomb Pakistani cities in the 80s. It is now using the same bases for similar bloody acts of sabotage.  RAW activities in varous countries in South Asia. History is on the side of the skeptics in Afghanistan, where from Alexander the Great to the Soviets, all foreign invaders have eventually been repelledBy Richard Halloran Tuesday, Oct 14, 2008, Page 9

10,000 Indian troops are stationed in Afghanistan under the garb of supervising the construction of Jalalabad-Port Chahbahar road project that has now been completed. Whereas India has officially declared 14 Indian consulates in Afghanistan, on ground they have “107  centers” of which 20 intelligence units are burning their midnight oil to destabilise Pakistan. Many mercantile shops run by Indians have an intelligence offices in the rear. Very young boys, mostly orphans, destitute or homeless are recruited by the Indian intelligence agencies. The recruits are mostly Afghans, Uzbeks, Tajiks and Caucasians. The latter being fair skinned and resembling Europeans are trained for targets in Europe or in the USA to once again create a 9/11 like situation.

Reportedly, 10,000 ideologically motivated saboteurs and suicide bombers have been trained. Besides receiving military training, they have also been made to learn Pashto and the customs of the Pathans. They are regularly infiltrated into troubled spots of Pakistan. Posing as volunteers they join the rank and file of militants to fight the army. They are the ones who are destroying schools, CD shops, bridges and other installations and carrying out brutal beheading of captured personnel. The CIA is assisting in providing intimate information about military  movements and military targets. The idea is to create chaos and confusion and also to defame the army and the real Taliban that have not come under their influence. They are also responsible for creating cleavages between the people of FATA and in disrupting peace deals.

In the Kurram Agency, Indian and Afghan officers and soldiers are actively involved in the sectarian conflict by way of providing arms and ammunition to the Tori tribe. In Swat, Fazlullah-led militants are supplied with war munitions as well as fighters.USA has bared its teeth Asif Haroon Raja:

Afghan intelligence agency RAM (Riyast-i-Amniyat-i-Milli) is also paving easy way for India to increase her hegemony in political, economic, and cultural arenas. RAW’s illegal activities undertaken from Afghanistan against Pakistan are the result of continued Indian interference in Afghan domestic affairs. Due to Afghan Government’s blessings, it has become easy for RAW to perform disguised role under diplomatic cover in Afghanistan. High ranking officials and political leaders in Kabul have developed secret relations with RAW. Due to such relations, rather than getting information RAW is taking information from them and use it against Pakistan because the main aim of RAW is to support Indian interests from behind the screen.

India has sought an alternative, indirect, and covert mode of warfare through RAW which seek to poison Pak-Afghan relations. RAW is spotting and recruiting agents trailed them in guerilla warfare, infiltration, subversion, sabotage, and the establishment of saboteur/terrorist organizations in order to carry out suicide bombings in Afghanistan and from Afghan territory into Pakistan as well. Surely India deserves applause for well exploiting Taliban, al-Qaeda and turbulent situation of law and order to hide her subversive activities and perilous agenda of expansionism. The Grand Bargain to solve swamp of uncertainty in Afghanistan: US teeters on the edge

A ray of light came from another British veteran of the Afghan wars, Brigadier Ed Butler, who told a US Army historian that a tribe where he had been operating had worked out an agreement with the government in Kabul over “what the security measures would be, what the access was, who was going to govern, who would elect the chief of police and everything else.”All told, however, history is on side of the skeptics.

From the days of Alexander the Great in about 325 BC, through the Arabs, the Mongols twice, the British twice, and the Soviets from 1979 to 1989, Afghans have resisted and ultimately prevailed against foreign invaders. Richard Halloran is a writer based in Hawaii.  Richard Halloran Tuesday, Oct 14, 2008, Page 9

Some try to proclaim the the Afghan resistance is a monolith movement called “Taliban”. It is actually 38 separate movements led by a large spectrum of anti-occupation forces which also include some remnant of the old Taliban. It is ironic that the taliban created by the USA, recognized by the Saudis, the UAE and the Pakistanis were initially created by the CIA (see Congressman Rohrabakers statements on this site).

Indian diplomats and RAW officials with the help of Northern Alliance have significant ingress in the Afghan ministry of tribal affairs. They are exploiting the ministry to conduct covert activities against Islamabad and creating rifts between the people of Afghanistan and Pakistan. Indian agents are instrumental in arranging meetings of tribal elders and Afghans with dual nationalities with Indian consulate officials in Jalalabad and assisting them in recruiting agents from Pakistan’s tribal areas for activities prejudicial to Pakistan’s interests. USA has bared its teeth Asif Haroon Raja: After submitting to US wishes Musharraf allowed the CIA and FBI to recruit agents in FATA and other places and to establish their outposts. Taking advantage of complete liberty of action, CIA succeeded in making deep inroads into the areas of its interest. The ISI, MI and FIA in collusion with FBI were utilised for hunting and nabbing so-called terrorists all over the country. As a consequence ISI got a bit detached from its primary duty which resulted into heavy dependence of our troops operating in FATA on intelligence provided by CIA.

Once the ISI got freed from wild goose chase of so-called terrorists and came under pressure on account of missing persons, it started to concentrate on its principal task in the troubled spots. To its horror it found far too many militant groups and criminal gangs operating under the guise of religious militants and cultivated by foreign agencies. They were the ones involved in carrying out gruesome beheadings of security personnel and torching girls’ schools to defame the real Taliban who had a peaceful agenda. The CIA had managed to buy the loyalties of most tribal chiefs in FATA by doling out dollars in sacks since it knew that the Pashtun could not be crushed by force but could be purchased. Most of the pro-Pakistan groups had been won over or neutralised and those not coming to terms were eliminated by groups sponsored by CIA. Besides CIA, RAW, RAM, Iran and Uzbekistan had developed their tentacles in militancy prone areas. Things had gone topsy-turvy and ISI found itself at a loss how to differentiate between friend and foe. USA has bared its teeth Asif Haroon Raja:

India RAW attacks Marriot at Islamabad

“The People Support the Taliban”: The dirty little secret suppressed by the mainstream press is that the Taliban, like it or not, has considerable popular support. Afghan senator Abdul Wali Ahmadzai, who was captured and held by the Taliban two months, now says, “The important point is that the people support the Taliban. This is the main problem: now the people do not like the government and they support the Taliban.” Support for Karzai has plummeted due to corruption (including accusations credited by the State Department that Karzai’s brother is involved in heroin smuggling) and his association with the foreigners who continue to bomb the country. Aware of resurgent Taliban support, Karzai has urged Mullah Omar to return to the country (from his presumed sojourn in Pakistan); invited the Taliban to join the government; and sought the aid of the Saudis, the Talibs’ former ally, aid in arranging negotiations. BLA Terrorists supported by India

Likewise, dissident tribal chiefs in Baluchistan including late Akbar Bugti were also taken on board. The CIA helped in reincarnating BLA and providing all sorts of war munitions to Baloch militants belonging to Bugti, Marri and Mengal tribes and establishing over 60 Farari camps in Baluchistan. Shamsi airbase that was handed over to USA in October 2001, houses Blackhawk helicopters primarily engaged in monitoring the entire length of Iranian border. CIA has cultivated Iranian Baloch Jandullah group. It is anti-Iranian regime and was utilised by CIA to carry out acts of sabotage in Iran through Zahidan. Iran has now constructed a stone wall all along its border to prevent cross-border terrorism from Baluchistan. It has clouded Pak-Iran relations since the latter feels that such activities could not have been undertaken without the blessing of Pak government. USA has bared its teeth Asif Haroon Raja

In a recent New York Times interview, newly appointed CENTCOM commander Gen. David H. Petraeus stated, “Obviously the trends in Afghanistan have been in the wrong direction, and I think everyone is rightly concerned about them…Certainly in Afghanistan, wresting control of certain areas from the Taliban will be very difficult… In both [Afghanistan and Pakistan], in certain areas, the going may be tougher before it gets easier.” Gary Leupp is Professor of History at Tufts University, and Adjunct Professor of Religion

The nexus in Kabul is working upon a scripted plan to make FATA lawless and beyond the control of security forces, push militancy into settled areas and then into major cities and thus create a civil war like situation to prove their contention that Pakistan was the most dangerous country in the world and that the extremists were on the verge of taking over power and nuclear weapons. After activating Swat, Bajaur was built into a stronghold of militants where huge cache of arms and ammunition was dumped. By virtue of being located at the crossroads of the tribal belt and also linked with Dir, Swat and Afghanistan, it was to act as bulwark and a launching pad to provide reinforcement to other areas. USA has bared its teeth Asif Haroon Raja

What do key Pakistani actors want, especially the military? Obviously, they want security for Pakistan, along with the ability to protect their own interests inside it. Both objectives become problematic, unfortunately, when pursued in certain ways. The army is pursuing security for Pakistan in the east by combating India through a war of a thousand cuts and a rapidly expanding nuclear program, and in the west by a little imperial project in Afghanistan. There is a temptation to see the latter entirely through the lens of India-Pakistan competition. But Pakistan has interests in Afghanistan that transcend its problems with India. In fact, one of the crucial problems in both theaters is the exaggerated Pakistani fears of what it believes the Indians are up to. Ashley Tellis:Foreign Policy Magazine

Defeat in Afghanistan: Chopper on rooftop rescueing retreating troops

It is when the ISI began to recover the lost ground in FATA and started to expose and block clandestine activities of CIA, RAW and RAM that all hell broke lose on ISI. Instead of feeling ashamed of what they were doing, USA had the cheek to start making a fuss that ISI was linked with the Taliban and that it must be emasculated. When the army launched powerful operations in Swat and in Bajaur and started to make rapid progress against the well-entrenched militants, instead of getting pleased Americans got disturbed since they never intended to control militancy. To create fear and panic among the peaceful residents of Waziristan and also to target pro-government elements, missile attacks were intensified and each attack killed innocent men, women and children. The idea was to antagonise pro-government Waziris and also to force them to migrate as had happened in case of Bajaur. To further up the ante, Pakistan was declared as a battleground and a ground attack was carried out on the night of 3 September at Angoor Adda. A similar attempt was made on 15th which was thwarted by the troops and locals. USA has bared its teeth Asif Haroon Raja:

Rupee News discussed the writing on the wall months ago. NEW YORK, June 22nd 2008, Rupee News: The ventrililiquist has spoken and amazingly the dummy has echoed the thinking of “his master’s voice”. Karzai, “His master’s voice” are both doubly frustrated. Not is is a cushy job in the frobidden city at stake, the future of the drug trade may fall into the wrong hands. Karzai’s increasingly bellicose diatribes are a clear reflection of the frustration felt in and around the “Forbidden City” where he hides. Tesre are the forces leading the fight agains the Taliban.Mr. Raja says…

Now that USA has bared its teeth and let its intentions known, to pretend that it would stop short of achieving its objectives will be like living in a fool’s paradise. It is simply degrading to unashamedly say that we cannot fight the Americans. It is also preposterous to assume that Pakistan may not survive without American support. Pro-American elements within Pakistan on US payroll have been parroting this theme since creation of Pakistan to safeguard their vested interests. North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela, Iran are living examples who have survived despite adopting hostile posture against USA. It is high time that we gird up our loins and put our act together to face up to the challenge boldly. USA has bared its teeth Asif Haroon Raja:

Defeat in Afghanistan: Yankee Go Home

The army under Gen Kayani has expressed its resolve to confront the threat and safeguard country’s sovereignty. It is now up to our week-kneed rulers still busy in power game as to how they stand up to the test. It will be naive to expect that the threat will be warded off with diplomacy alone. We must make USA realise that it will become exceedingly difficult for US-led allied troops to operate in Afghanistan if Pakistan disengages itself and refuses to provide transit facility. The magnitude of dependence can be gauged from the fact that each day over 400 containers ply from Karachi and Quetta to Afghanistan transporting food, munitions and 300 million gallons of fuel for US-Nato troops in Afghanistan. We may also consider bridling CIA’s unchecked activities and closing down four bases in control of USA. The writer is a defence and political analyst. ISLAMABAD – According to informed sources Indian intelligence officials working in the disguise of diplomats in Embassy and Consulates in Afghanistan have set up a vast network to destablise FATA, Northern Areas and Baluchistan engaging dozens of Afghan-Indians, drug dealers and Afghan warlords.

According to sources several agents hired by the RAW but captured recently in FATA, Waziristan and Southern Eastern areas have provided extensive details claiming that the Indian had managed to penetrate deeply in collaboration with Indian allies in the region.

According to one spy who was recently killed by Taliban an Indian intelligence official named as C.R. Garg working as Attaché and P.S. to Indian Ambassador in Kabul had recently offered as much as US$2000-3200 per foreigner killed in Pakistan.

The spy was given a telephone number for urgent contacts. Another Indian senior official named as Malkit Chand also working as Third Secretary (Education) & Director (Indian Cultural Center) was engaged in transferring Pakistani Baluch students from Afghanistan to India for special training and financial assistance. Baluchi students particularly the children of Baluch refugees are being offered upto US200-300 per month if they agree to proceed to India.

RAW Page: Indian Intelligence machinations Indian imperialism: Using RAW to destabilize all neighbors Chandra Mohan Mishra a Third Secretary at Indian Embassy in Kabul and J. Baby working as an Attaché (Technical) have also held several meetings with Blauch militants during mid-2008.

Other Indian intelligence officials engaged in financing and sending Pakistani youths from tribal areas to several other Central Asian states and Middle East are posted in Consulate General of India, Mazar-i-Sharif are Dinesh Behari working as a Consul and D. N. Dutta working as a Vice Consul in Mazar-i-Sharif. Two spies recently arrested in tribal areas were carrying Thuraya satellite phone numbers 00-873-763095858 and 00-873-763095867 and 0700501385 which belonged to Indian intelligence officials inside Afghanistan.

Another Indian agents Sanjay Asthana working as Vice Consul in Habibabad,, Jallalabad was in touch with his “assets” using phone/fax number of 0797638744.

An Indian official based in Herat, Manohar Gangesh working as Consul and posted at the Indian Consulate. He was in contact with local agents who organize secret meetings and trainings for so-called Islamic militants.

A militant leader claimed that he discovered the telephone number of a senior Indian intelligence official Raju Balakrishnan working as a diplomat and Vice Consul in Herat 0799427738 from the possession of a recently captured spy after his detailed interrogation.

According to a reliable sources early this year Indian agents working as Muslim militant leaders by the name of Yasin Khan (Original Indina name Amat Verma) and “Nasir” identified as “Santosh” were operating a massive network of terrorists in Jallalabad while another so-called “Islamic militant leader (original name Sudesh ) was also had been operating in Khost. Local Afghan commanders, drug dealers and military commanders of foreign country were well aware of their activities but overlooking the covert operations against Pakistan.

India is supporting the Northern Alliance – the potpourri of warlords, which forms major part of the Karzai regime in Kabul. Many Afghans since the ouster of the Taliban regime had pinned their hopes on the new parliament to tackle the present division and political rivalries, but all of their hopes vanished after they saw senior Northern Alliance war criminals and rights abusers of the past in the present parliament. India is playing active role in support of the Northern Alliance and her involvement in Afghanistan is supported by the Afghan Government.

According to the Russian Foreign Ministry officials, New Delhi has a special role in shoring up the Northern Alliance, which is battling the Taliban. Afghanistan: India’s new colony by Furzana Shaheen
