Attack on Pakistan Before 20th Feared
LAHORE, Pakistan, 12 July 2008 (The Nation) – Former ISI Chief, [Lieutenant] General (R) Hameed Gul warned that there are such information and evidence which indicate that the U.S. [military] forces may launch strike on [Pakistan] tribal areas [FATA] before July 20 [2008]. He said that U.S. [armed] forces had already launched 46 attacks on Pakistan territories but this one would be different and more furious than the previous attacks. He said it is feared that the Americans might capture some part of our tribal belt. He opined that the present situation in the tribal areas had been caused by the U.S. [illegal] occupation of Afghanistan and

He said the [PPP] Government had overlooked the mandate given by the [Pakistani] people on Feb. 18 [2008] and had retained the U.S. [illegal] Viceroy [spy] General (R) Pervez Musharraf in power. He was
of the view that Pakistan is in a state of war at present and defending the [Pakistan] tribal areas is the constitutional obligation of the [PPP] Government.
He said that the American jets are collecting information to prepare for the attack [on Pakistan]. “If political leadership failed to check the expected [U.S.] aggression and did not protest against it, Pakistan would fall prey to civil anarchy and the [Pakistani] political parties too would not be able to survive,” he opined.
The former [Pakistan Army] General also warned that the U.S. not only wished to bring Pakistan’s nuclear proficiency to an end, but also its national [moral] values which the U.S. considers as more dangerous than the nuclear power.

Qaeda and [illusionary] Taliban in [Pakistan] tribal areas [FATA], while on the eastern front the arch rival India is carrying out unprovoked fire on Pakistani [Army] posts from across the [Kashmir]

He said the American [illegal] ‘war on terror’ is actually a war against Islam [an unlawful war against all (over 2 billion) Pakistanis, Kashmiris, Afghans, Iraqis, Palestinians, Lebanese, Syrians, Iranians, Arabs and Muslims of the whole world], asking people to recognise the real enemy [dictators of the USA, UK, Israel and India], get united to fight back and support religious [Muslim] forces in the country.
He said a dangerous game was played before the arrival of [Israeli- Zionist War Criminal] Richard Boucher by spreading [malicious] rumors of [imaginary] Taliban taking over Peshawar [Pakistan].
He said whenever U.S. officials visited Pakistan, our [Pakistani] rulers pleased them by launching [illegal] military operations [against Pakistanis and Afghans] or arresting so-called [fake] Al-
Qaeda or [fictitious] Taliban. He said it is highly condemnable that [Pakistani] rulers are always ready to become ‘approvers’ [traitors] against their own [Pakistani] people, which has resulted into the
present mess where America [Bush-Cheney Dictatorship] had literally taken over every sphere of Pakistani authorities and made demands every now and then.
He said there was neither any terrorist in Jamia Hafsa [Red Mosque of Islamabad, Pakistan] nor ammunition, but thousands of innocent girls were mercilessly killed [by Terrorist Musharraf] in cold blood by staging a drama just to please Washington.

Indian Army’s gross violations of human rights of Kashmiri-Muslims for the last two decades.

He said [Pakistani] rulers are commuting death sentences just to win sympathies of criminals and murderers, while on the other hand they are increasing prices of essential commodities [especially food], petrol [oil], gas and power [electricity] on a daily basis which has literally broken the backbone of the poor and middle-class [Pakistani] people. He said traders and producers are free to increase prices
anytime but nobody took notice because [PPP] rulers are busy in enjoying power at the expense of public money.

He said all noted corrupt plunderers have been exonerated from all charges under [illegal] NRO, while on the other [Pakistan Supreme Court] Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry is not being restored
despite the demand of whole [Pakistani] nation, because [PPP, MQM and PML-Q] rulers feared their corruption cases could be taken up again [in independent courts of law].

He said the JI [Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan (JIP)] is the only party whose leadership was not accused of corruption and courageous to stand up to America [Bush-Cheney Tyranny].
He said masses should support the JI and attend to the allegiance of Allah [God] Almighty in order to combat the enemies [tyrants of the USA, UK, Israel and India] at this hour of trial.
