Indians suffer from a false sense of being omnipotence. On the pipeline fees, they low balled it by saying that nothing is due to Pakistan. About $1 Billion in transit fees is due to Pakistan per annum. $200 million is nothing. It barely takes care of the maintenance and scurity of the pipeline. Pakistan should consider the court cases that India will file in case of inteeruption in gas to India.

India should not be allowed to set the agenda or take control of the meeting. If they insist, the meeting should be cancelled. Pakistan has some serious issues which New Delhi needs to address. Smiles, hugs and words cannot hide Indian machinations in Baluchistan, Swat, and FATA. It has waged war with China, three wars with Pakistan, occupied the disputed territory of Jammu and Kashmir, annexed the Portuguese enclave of Goa, seized the princely Muslim state of Junagadh, annexed the Himalayan state of Sikkim, exerts political control over Nepal and Bhutan, intervened militarily in Pakistan’s civil war which established Bangladesh, intervenes in the Tamil-Sinhalese violence in Sri Lanka, continues to conflict with Pakistan over the boundary of the Siachen glacier and is adamant in its refusal to implement a series of United Nations resolutions starting in 1948 calling for a plebiscite in Kashmir. In view of these well-defined instances of hegemonic impulse there can be little wonder about Pakistan’s concern that its security technology should match India’s. In his autobiography, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, analyzed the strategy of the United States to bring India and Pakistan together as a buffer against China. Why has she not withdrawn from Siachin and Sir Creek? Why do Indian maps show disputed territory as Indian territory? When will India produce the so called article of accession which it now claims in lost. Why are there so many discrepancies on dates in the article of accession? Why was it forged? Why was Hydrabad occupied? India did not have an article of accession with Hydrabad. Why was it taken over?
The real issues cannot be obfuscated by trivialities, inuendo and rehetoric about seriousness about peace. India has not moved a millimeter on Kashmir in the past decades while the Kashmiris struggle to cope.

Another Pakistani-Indian meeting is at hand. The Indians will harp upon their hackneyed rhetoric. Pakistan must stick to the correct agenda and not be cowed down by the pre-summit drama that will be orchestrated by the Indians. Pakistan should kep repeating the Pakistani point of view. Once they have heard it, they will go blah blah blah! Pakistan should again repeat the Pakistan point of view and not change it. They will again go blah! bah! blah! Pakistan should not budge from its correct positions:
1) Kashmir is the core issue. India said in 194 and last year. If the armed struggle goes down, they will withdraw their forces. Well pigs and fly!

8) When will India shut down its air-force base in Tajikistan?
9) The transit fees is $ 1 Billion not $200 million, and no its not free transit.
10) When will India release the 169 Pakistani prisoners.
11) When will INdia take concrete measures to improve the lot of the Indian Muslims and allow them visas to visit Saudi Arabia and their relatives in Pakistan.
12) When will India stop prosecuting the 250 million Dalits?
13) What concrete steps is India taking to improve the lot of the 50 milion White widows who are incarecerated in Indian temples?
14) When will India transfer the assetts that it owes Pakistan from 1947?
15) Yes you can export non-pornographic, historically incaccurate and Indian films to Pakistan. The films must be in Urdu and not malign Pakistan. More than 25% of the cast, distributors and producers must be Muslim.
