A leaf falls in India and Pakistan is blamed. Pakistanis on the other hand is very shy about blaming India. Pakistanis don’t want to rock the boat and want a few more years of peace before another potential conflagration.
President Musharraf has already indicated in his last interview in Pakistan that “a foreign hand”in involved in the attempted instability in Pakistan. Pakistan wants this stopped. Pakistan’s unusually blunt message to the USA on the unnacceptability of American boots on the ground caught even the Americans by surprise. President Bush heard a message about Pakistan from his Saudi and UAE hosts during his Middle Eastern trip. After the death of Benazir Bhutto Washington seems to have reevaluated its policy with regard to Musharraf and Pakistan.
The silence from across the border is deafening!
Apparently the brusque message sent to New Delhi has been heard–at least for a while. Muharram is the season of anticipated unrest in Pakistan because it invokes passion and drums up old woulds between sects. The first ten days of Muharram has transpired without any major incident. An eerie clam prevails in Pakistan. It is as if a faucets has been turned off. Is the the calm before the storm? Apparently 11 suicide bombers have been dispatched to Islamabad and other areas.
Now Musharraf’s trip to Europe is to enlist the help of the Europeans in this matter. The American acceptance of the government’s theory of the assassination is a clear indication that the bombing in Sarhad has been recognized as India over playing his hand.
Williard Paine in News Blaze interviewed NCMC officials about external interference in Pakistan.
Night Watch: PESHAWAR – When a suicide bomber blew himself up on Thursday at a Shia mosque in Peshawar, capital of Pakistan’s Northwest Frontier Province, it indicated not only a continuation of the constant state of emergency in the country, but it may also have signaled another dimension to the religious-political violence in the country that could easily spill over into increasing the tensions between
Islamabad/Delhi. AKI questioned an official of Pakistan’s National Crisis Management Cell (NCMC) who described the suicide bomber and the extremist group he belonged to, “The initial reports indicate it is Lashkar-i-Jhangvi’s Qari Zafar group, which hails from the southern Punjab, but is at present hiding in Pakistani tribal areas near Northwest Frontier Province.” [AKI]
Under normal circumstances, the bombing would be just another annual dispute between Sunnis and Shi’ites during the Shia holy month of Muharram and the Ashura festival, but according to the NCMC official, another element has entered Pakistan’s instability, India’s intelligence agency the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), India’s counterpart to Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). “We have reports that Indian intelligence has penetrated a network in various parts of the country which could carry out terror incidents to undermine the law so that international investors would pull out their money from Pakistan and the country’s economic boom could be shot down.”

The Trail of Terror Delhi to Dushambe to Dera Ghazi Khan
This is obviously Delhi’s way of responding to not only Tehran-Pakistan’s support for the Islamic uprising in Kashmir, since 1989, but also to Iran-Pakistan’s support of networks inside India that have conducted attacks for the past few years against religious sites and transportation centers. Both Pakistan/India are now actively engaging in campaigns of destabilization against each other knowing it will have economic consequences, political-economic warfare as a supplement to the military one
This was the Pakistan proposed by Ch. Rehmat Ali in 1940. Alama iqbal did not consider it a “manzil”, he considered it as a “nishan e manzil“.

After the departure of NATO forces first include all Pashtun areas under Pakistani control. The proof of concept of this peace has already been circumstanciated during the 90s.

Obviously the tug of war continues. India’s attempts to destabilize Pakistan will continue. The solution is to absorb all the Pashtun areas into Pakistan and then combine Afghansitan as Afghania into Pakistan.
As the authorities made remarkable progress in the Sri Lankan attack, initially considered to be a blind case, investigations show that the amount of money supplied, the type of weapons used, the sophistication applied and the planning of this strike was such that it clearly had the signatures of some international spy agencies, including RAW.
While there are quite a few unique things observed by the investigators in this case, the authorities are simply surprised to detect that a fake Nadra ID card captured by the police and belonging to one of the attackers had all the security features available on the genuine Nadra cards.
According to a source, in order to prepare such a fine Nadra card, dies similar to those acquired by the Security Printing of Pakistan from Switzerland were used. An investigating officer said that the Switzerland-based competing brand of the firm, which had provided these special dies to Pakistan, were approached to make a perfect copy of Nadra cards that were in use of the terrorists, all of whom had escaped after the Liberty attack.
All the security features, hologram, ink and dies, everything was perfect. However, the only slip found was the signature of the former Nadra chairman Salim Moeen instead of the incumbent Ali Arshad Hakeem.
The date of issue of this ID card coincided with the tenure of Hakeem but it had the name of Moeen. The ID card was found by the Lahore police from one of the car dealers from whom the attackers had purchased three rickshaws and two cars.
None of these vehicles was snatched. All were purchased from the market for which the same ID card was used. The police secured the sale-purchase details of all these vehicles and found that in one case, the fake ID card used was deposited with one of the dealers while in all other cases photocopies of the same card were submitted. All the three rickshaws and two vehicles were merely used to reach the Liberty area as the attackers abandoned them while fleeing from the site of the terrorist attack.
In yet another smart move, the attackers, 10 in number, and their two handlers, purchased new mobile sets and SIMs by using the photocopies of genuine ID cards belonging to different people, none of whom had any connection with this terrorist network. None of them knew of the purchase of mobile SIMs, acquired by using the copies of their cards.
Details acquired from the concerned cellular networks also reveal that all the calls made or received from these 12 SIMs were only to each other. None of these SIMs either made or received any call from any other outside number.
Amongst the weapons used by these attackers, the authorities got hold of four anti tank disposable rockets of the same make, which are only in the use of the Indian Army. Two of these rockets were fired by the attackers while the other two remained unused. It is relevant to mention here that the Crime Investigation Department (CID), Punjab, had precisely warned the provincial government on January 22, 2009 about the RAWís plan to target the Sri Lankan cricket team during its visit to Pakistan.
The CID, while referring to a source report, had clearly said that this terrorist attack would be carried out especially while the Sri Lankan team would be traveling ìbetween the hotel and stadium or at hotel during their stayî. What the whole world saw on March 3, precisely happened the same way. Ansar Abbasi
