Bill Richardson also mis-speaks on Pakistan AGAIN and succumbs to “Foot in mouth disease” ! Candidates should remember “speech is silver but silence is golden”

It is amazing that a power so great as America has political candidates who have no clue about the world.  Almost all US politicians have “foot in mouth disease.” Ms. Hillary Clinton thought that President Musharraf was running for the election against Ms. Bhutto and after the assissination of Ms. Bhutto, and the boycott of the elections by Nawaz Sharif (of again, one again, off again, on again) Musharraf would be the only one left standing. Mr. Huckeby also said someting silly about Pakistan showing his ignoarace of Pakistani politics.

Governor Bill Richardson on January 6th, 2008 in an interview with the antagonistic Wolf Blitzer wanted President Musharraf to setup an interim goverment because  the Pakistani constitution has a provision for an interim government to be setup before the elections.

Governo r Richardson was unaware that the government of Mr. Shaukat Azis is no longer is powere and that we have a new interim Prime Minister in power. He was unaware that there is an interim government in place in Pakistan right now. We all remember Mr. Bill Richardson well. Right after Pakistan responded to the Indian Nuclear explosions, Mr. Bill Richardson was lecturing Pakistan on “rolling back” Pakistan’s Nuclear program and that Pakistan should follow the example of South Africa, Brazil and Argentina. He “huffed and puffed” and threatened Pakistan. It goes to the credit of Nawaz Sharif that Pakistan did not buckle under the pressure at the time and did go ahead with the explosions. This Nawaz Sharif backbone was nowhere to be found during the Kargil crisis when Mr. Nawaz Sharif signed a humiliating surrender document in front of Mr. Clinton (who called the Indian prime minister, before, during and after the Nawaz-Clinton meeting).

Ron Paul and Mr. Dennis Kucinich has made some interesting cooments that are worth listening to.
