Jean Monnet recommended a United States of Europe. Some European like T.R. Reid, Andrew Reding, and Mark Leonard, among others, believe that the power of the hypothetical United States of Europe will rival that of the United States of America in the 21st century.
“Such proposals include those from King George of Podebrady of Bohemia in 1464; the Duc de Sully of France in the seventeenth century; and the plan of William Penn, the Quaker founder of Pennsylvania, for the establishment of an “European Dyet, Parliament or Estates.”
George Washington wrote to the Marquis de La Fayette: “One day, on the model of the United States of America, a United States of Europe will come into being.”
Like the EU and future of Muslim Asia is MUSLIM ASIA. Call it the United States of Muslim Asia. Call it what you will. United we stand, divided we fall.”
Felix Markham notes how during a conversation on St. Helena, Napoleon remarked, “Europe thus divided into nationalities freely formed and free internally, peace between States would have become easier: the United States of Europe would become a possibility.”
United States of Europe was also the name of the concept presented by Wojciech Jastrz?bowski in “About eternal peace between the nations”, published May 31, 1831. The project consisted of 77 articles. The envisioned United States of Europe was to be an international organisation rather than a superstate.Wikipedia
Once the dust settles and the blood is washed. Once the flag goes up to full mast. Once the healing is done, and the battle and lost and won, it will be time to reassess our future. Jis qom me ghadar hun, us qom kemazbut Qilhe bi rait ban jaate hain!
…the pro-Pakistan Hizb-i-Islami Afghanistan holds about 40 seats in the 249-seat parliament – a sizeable chunk – and it hopes to put up a candidate in next year’s presidential polls. Even if it does not beat President Hamid Karzai, it could serve as a strong opposition catalyst. Antagonism against Karzai and his American masters is also on rise, and Tajik warlords in the north have started negotiations with the Taliban. A Times
Its time to give the NATO soldiers a break. The poor guys are struggling and need to go home. Pakistan can surely help. Leave South Asia alone and leave us to misery. The future of this region is to work together. Afghania and Pakistan can make it work and a peaceful world.

Gauhar Ayub in his various writings proclaims that King Zahir Shah of Afghanistan had agreed to a confederation with Pakistan with Zahir Shah as the titular head of state of the new country. Mr. Gauhar Ayub calls this an opportunity lost. The desire of uniting the Pakhtuns on both sides of the border is mutual.
The Future of peace is Afghanistan
Chaudhry Rehmat Ali was the Jean Monnet of South Asia. The Original “Now or Never” was produced in 1939 by Ch. Rehmat Ali. This is the new “Now or Never- 2007″. A Muslim Asian Common-market like ASEAN or the EU.
This is the Pakistan we were supposed to get. Chaudhy Rehmat Ali foresaw PAKISTAN as follows.
P= Punjab
A= Afghania
K= Kashmir
I= Islam
S= Sindh
TAN= Baluchistan
Like the orignal “Now or Never” this proposal is not to threaten anyone or to create power or territory. This is not a document to incite, or to create a caliphate. This is not a license for military adventures, or terror, or occupation. This is a vision like the vision for the EU. This is a vision for Muslim Asian Union, a voluntary common market. It is to take care of ourselves without help from the outside.
“Zoo te jan wandh hai hindustanas Dil chum pakistanas seeth.”
It means, “I would love to sacrifice my life for India, Yet my heart is with Pakistan.”
Alama Iqbal clearly said “PAKISTAN MANZIL NAHIN NISHAN E MANZIL HAI:”
- Maghreb nay Musalman ko Musalman bana diya
In the face of carnage and depression, Pakistanis need to keep their head high and keep track of the “Manzil”.
Europe has an image of the future. This is our image for the future. No! Not through wars and revolution, but like the European Union, the future for or part of the world looks green!
The Durand’s experiment has failed. It is time to erase the Durand Line. Mr. Karzai cannot control his area and his writ does not extend beyond Northwest Kabul. Foreign forces should exit the defunct country and failed state called Afghanistan.
After that a peace Pakistan-Pashtun Peace jirga should be held and all Pashtun provinces should be placed under the command of the tribals and the Pakistani authorities. As a first step all Pashtun provinces should be inculcated into the NWFP now renamed “Afghania“.
As a second step the Pakistani boundary should extend on the the Oxus (Amu Darya). Pakistani forces can keep the peace and NATO will not be needed to take the casualties.
This is not a hairbrained scheme of some crockpot to create a caliphate. This is what Chaudhry Rehmat Ali had envisioned when he created the “Now or Never” pamphlet on Pakistan.
Afghanistan and Pakistan were part of the Indus Valley Civilization trading with each other, and with the Silk route ot China and to Sumer and Urr. This is not the first time Afghanistan and Pakistan will be united. Afghan and in particular Tajik traders and scholars regularly travelled to the Indus Valley in ancient times and plied their trade.
The trade corridor from Gwadar to Khyber to Amu Darya would be powerful engine. The economic potential of such a confederation would be enormous and help propel both countries forward economically particularly for Afghanistan, but Pakistan would also benefit considerably. This new confederation would stabilize the entire region as a whole. The economies compliment each other. Pakistan supplies the surplus food to Afghanistan and Afghanistan provides links to Central Asia.
The Pathans of Pakistan.Karachi is the largest Pashtun city in the world. More Pashtuns live in Pakistan than any other country in the world. In Pakistan Pashtuns have been part of the ruling class and make a huge number in the armed forces, totally disproportionate to their population. There have been two famou Pushtun heads of states in Pakistan, Ayub Khan and Yahya Khan.
Pashtuns are known as Pathans in Pakistan. They control the transport business in Karachi and other areas, and are some of the hardest working Pakistanis. They liberated Azad Kashmir and defeated the USSR in Afghanistan. Millions of Afghan Pathans were born in Pakistan. Pakistan hosted the largest number of refugees in the world from Afghanistan, About 3 million refuse to go back and have become part of the Pakistani fabric.
One of the greatest Pathans was Ahmad Shah Abdali who went all the way to Delhi and took the Peacock throne and the Kohinoor.
Da Dili takht herauma cheh rayad krhm, Zma da khkule Pukhtunkhwa da ghre saroona.“I forget the throne of Delhi when I recall, The mountain peaks of my beautiful Pukhtunkhwa.” Ahma Shah Abdali
The Pakistani province of NWFP, popularly known as Sarhad is now being renamed to Paskhtunkhwa based on Ahmad Shah Abdali’s words. Khushal Khan Khattak was one of the greatest poets of Pakistan and of Pakhtunkhwa.
Pashtuns comprise over 15.42% of Pakistan’s population or 25.6 million people.[2] In Afghanistan, they make up an estimated 39%[19] to 42% of the population or 12.4 to 13.3 million people. The exact numbers remain uncertain, particularly in Afghanistan, and are affected by approximately 3 million Afghan refugees that remain in Pakistan, of which 81.5% or 2.49 million are ethnic Pashtuns.[3] An unknown number of refugees continue to reside in Iran.[20] A cumulative population assessment suggests a total of around 42 million across the region Source Wikipedia
According to many historians including Humayun Gauhar and Aslam Khattak (” A Pathan Odyssey) a confederation almost happened with Afghanistan in 1956.
The missed opportunity came in 1956-57 when Aslam Khattak was first our First Secretary and then Ambassador in Kabul. By then we had a full-blown ‘Afghan Problem’. Prime Minister Suharawardhy called a meeting in which Army Chief General Ayub Khan “dismissed our neighboring country in proper Sandhurst style. ‘Afghan problem?’ he said gruffly. ‘What is the Afghan problem? A little strategic bombing and an armoured thrust would settle it once and for all!.’” It was then that Pakistan, with Aslam Khattak in ‘Track Two’ mode, so to speak, started the proposal for a Pakistan-Afghan confederation. He wanted to get Prime Minister Sardar Daud on his side because “Daud honestly believed that the Pathans were oppressed in Pakistan. He considered it a duty to help his brethren. He may also have been suspicious about the ‘A’, for Afghan (Afghanica) province in Pakistan. Did it mean we wanted to take over his country? At the same time, we thought that Daud was in league with India and bent upon dividing our country with Delhi. As was often the case in such circumstance, both sides were wrong.” Daud was King Zahir Shah’s first cousin and married to the King’s sister. It was he who eventually deposed Zahir Shah. Khattak went to see Daud and told him that he wanted “to remove the misunderstanding between our countries…”
But consider. If the confederation had happened, it would have automatically meant the end of the Parity Principle and One Unit because the anti-democratic 1956 Constitution would have had to be changed. There would have been no Ayub Khan regime and East Pakistan may still have been with us. The Soviets would not have such a large country. No Soviet occupation means no Jihad. No Jihad means no Mujahideen. The Americans could not have created Osama bin Laden. No Osama means no 9/11. Source Humayun Gauhar hgauhar@nation.com.pk
Next, Khattak separately met the “royal uncles”, Shah Wali and Shah Mahmood, and took them into confidence. “I told him that Pakistan and Afghanistan would have to form a confederation if they were to survive threats from the USSR and India.” After considerable humming and hawing both agreed to take the idea further. “Now I was ready to try my hand with Sardar Daud, whom I thought would be my most difficult hurdle.” After Daud had made his complaints and Khattak had clarified them, including the letter ‘A’ in the name ‘Pakistan’, they decided that there should be an exchange of visits between King Zahir Shah and President Iskander Mirza. Actually both President Mirza and Prime Minister Suhrawardy went to Kabul together, which is highly unusual. While King and President were involved in ceremony, the two Prime Ministers started talking. After they left, Khattak continued the dialogue with Daud, who “suggested that we include some friendly missions in our discussions, such as Turkey and the USA. Sardar Daud said that the Americans should foot the bill of our mutual development projects when we confederated. Both sides would maintain internal autonomy, he proposed, but they would form a Central Government for defence, foreign policy, foreign trade and communications. The Prime Ministers would rotate.”
If you are surprised at how far the dialogue went, there was more. Feroz Khan Noon had replaced Suhrawardy as Prime Minister. Khattak raised the question of head of state of the confederation with him. “In his grand way [Noon] said we should have no difficulty accepting King Zahir Shah as the constitutional head of state. ‘After all, for some time after independence we had a Christian queen. Now we would have a Muslim man’. President Mirza concurred in this.” When Khattak next met Daud, he said that “…a confederation was the correct step to realise our common destiny. I noted that Pakistan was a democratic country and asked what would be the position of the King. He promptly replied, ‘We shall be a republic if Pakistan so desires.’” So here was Pakistan ready to accept the constitutional monarchy of Zahir Shah in the new Pak-Afghan confederation and there was Afghanistan prepared to become a republic.
As to the USA, Aslam Khattak says, “The Americans agreed to help in a big way. They were prepared to enlarge Karachi harbour and to develop another port. They agreed to provide fifty locomotives and five hundred wagons and to extend the Chaman railway to Kandahar and the Torkham rail line to Jalalabad. Sardar Daud wanted them to extend the Jalalabad railhead to Kabul and to commit to connect Kandahar and Kabul by rail.” They had actually got into post-confederation details.
Then came mistakes. Daud came to Pakistan and while inspecting a shipyard in Karachi a bullet ricocheted off a ship and hit Aslam Khattak instead. Undaunted, they decided to bring Ghaffar Khan into the equation. He was released from prison and sent to Kabul, where he agreed to help in removing Pakistan-Afghan differences provided President Mirza agreed to hold a referendum on the One Unit. Mirza agreed. The American Ambassador in Karachi assured Ghaffar Khan through the American Ambassador in Kabul that the referendum would be held. But it wasn’t. “I have never known,” says Aslam Khattak, “exactly why he did not go ahead and do the job that he said he would. He may have got word from some important Pathans in Pakistan that, if the Afghans stopped speaking about the Pushtuns, the Punjabis would literally turn them into camp followers and second-class citizens. At any rate a great chance to change the face of history was missed.” Indeed. Let’s leave it at that. So much water has flown since then.
ZULFIQAR ALI BHUTTO DESTABILIZED SARDAR DAUD
In the 1970s, the roles between Pakistan and Afghanistan reversed despite the Pakistan government’s fresh crackdown on the Baloch and Pashtun Nationalist’s by the government of Zulfiqar Bhutto. The Pakistan government decided to retaliate against the Afghan governments Pakhtunistan policy by supporting Islamist opponents of the Afghan government[6] including future Mujahidin leaders Gulbadin Hekmatyar and Ahmed Shah Masood. This operation was remarkably successful and by 1977 the Afghan government of Sardar Daud was willing to settle all outstanding issues in exchange for a lifting of the ban on the National Awami Party and a commitment towards provincial autonomy for Pashtuns.
The case for a Pakistan Afghanistan Confederation
Most Pakistanis foresee the eventual unification or reunification of Pakistan and Afghanistan. Both countries are ethnically diverse with large Pashtun minorities. Both countries depend on each other. Pakistan depends on Afghanistan for access to Central Asia, the birthplace of Babar and many Sufis. An unstable Afghanistan has spread instability in Pakistan and vice versa. Afghanistan and Pakistan depend on each other for trade and commerce. Landlocked Afghanistan would benefit from Gwadar and Port Qasim. Pakistan would benefit from having access to Uzbekistan. There is commonality of economic, linguistic, cultural, political, and historical bonds. Most of all both countries are Muslim and share a very strong link in the post-USSR era.
Most scholars agree that its not a matter of if the two countries unite, but rather of when they unite as the two countries histories seem inextricably intertwined. Such a union, would prove beneficial in many aspects. The Afghan (Pashtun) ethnic groups would finally be united and balance each other when part of a myriad of ethnic groups.
Traditionally, when Afghans were united in a nation of their own, they have often been bogged down in internal warfare and tribal feuds. However, when part of a multi ethnic state, they would flourished.
Afghanistan abundant untapped natural resources offer strategic depth which Pakistan lacks. The two countries were united as recently as the 18th century under the Afghan Empire founded by Ahmed Shah Durrani, an Afghan born in Multan, in the province of Punjab in modern day Pakistan
The gloomy picture of Afghanistan keeps getting gloomier.
“The Fatherland of the Pak[istani] Nation (Ali 1940) “North West Frontier Province – is semantically non-descript and socially wrongful. It is non-descript because it merely indicates their geographical situation as a province of old ‘British India’ [which no longer exists]. It is wrongful because it suppresses the social entity of these people. In fact, it suppresses that entity so completely that when composing the name ‘Pakistan’ for our homelands, I had to call the North West Frontier Province the Afghan Province.“Choudhary Rahmat Ali in his book, “Pakistan”

As concern of unification of both countries, I agree with Mr. Ansari but the steps which he explained are not workable. The only way to unite is through afghan national jirga without any discrimination of Pashtoon, Tajik, Hazara, Uzbek etc. First they all should agree on this unification, which is depend on what Pakistan have for them to offer. Pakistan is not a rich country. Do you think we can take care of all poor afgans? As you know opening borders mean facing millions of afgan in streets and lot of other advantages & disadvantages we can discuss here. So even in Pakistan we need debait on it.

Author of ” TAREEKH AOR INQALAB” Published by Bookhome Lahore
What garbage are you people writing here, what Pakistan Afghanistan reunification? Are you out of your minds? Do we Pakistanis have any pride, we are a nuclear weapon nation and we are asking Afghanistan, a backwards, uncivilized, poor society to join us?
What drugs are you people on? Did you read comments by the poster AFGHAN, he hates Pakistan as does pretty much every Afghan I have met in the US, they dont accept our nation, they were the last nation to aceept us in the UN.
I am ashamed of the baigharat brigade, who want to join Afghanistan with Pakistan, it will never happen you fools, and it should never happen, you people are too naive, they hate you the Punjabis, do you even know this?
Unbelievable stupidity from Pakistanis, you are too naive, those Afghans are more cunning and smart. Please dont call for any Pakistan and Afghanistan reunification, they are bigger enemies than India.
I suppose for your ilk Iqbal and Chaudhry Rehmat Ali were irrelevant, the ECO does not exist, and the SCO is vaporware.
If you had the ability to read you would have seen the historical basis of the discussion–the confederation was announced and agreed upon by Liqat Ali Khan and King Zahir Shah.
Bharatis posing as “Afghans” don’t impress us.
We have a strong suspicion that you are actually “Raj”, even if you are not (outside chance–very very slim one), your immaturity shows the same WOG mentality as that of the Payola group or Omar Ali or the Tariq gang.
Dont get too involved with your hater comments. And you shouldnt get too offended by hater Afghan kids hiding behind computers. It seems they have ”affected” you and your ability to look at the larger sphere of things. Petty politics and iliteracy have blighted both countries. I agree, Pakistan has much more to offer, but in the long run, I believe that for peace and stability in both countries, a union with atleast the southern belt of Afghanistan needs to be undertaken. The unification of Pakistan and Afghanistan is in the best interest of both countries and is inevitable.
If we can absorb 5-6 million indian muslim refugees from india without gaining any additional land. Pakistan already is a large country. I dont see why we cannot absorb an additional 20 million (5 million already come and go) and nearly double our land mass(Afghanistan’s land mass is 250,000) as well as gain an important tariff free access to Central Asia. There will certainly be some challenges, but overall there will be greater strength and benefit for our people(s).
Thank you for your feedback.
Your valuable comments about the modalities of a confederation are correct. This is a complex issue. However it was resolved by Liaqat Ali Khan and King Zahir Shah in the 50s. The complexities of a Afghan-Pakistan union had been worked out at the time. Zahir Shah would the titular “head of state”, like a pre-52b president.
The imminent Pakistan-Afghanistan confederation was about to be announced but was torpedoed by the assassination of Liqat Ali Khan (1953) perpetuated by the CIA and RAW. See recently declassified US embassy documents posted on this site.
The issue will have to resolved through an Afghan jirga and the National Assembly and Senate of Pakistan. However the Afghan jirga was manupulated by Karzai and the National Assembly was manipulated by Mr. Musharraf. These are modalities that can be resolved. Afghans and Pakistanis are one. Even the Pakhtunistan movement now wants a merger of the two countries. There is yearning on both sides of the border to unite.
Poor Afghans is not the issue. The issue is the “nishan e manzil”. “Aik houn Muslim Neel keh sahil say…”…The Afghans are great fighters, and hard working people. The entire transportation network in Pakistan is supported by them. Pakistan has already faced the worst of the refugee problem when more than 3 million came to Pakistan. Today about 2 million remain. New cities have to be built in Afghanistan, and new rivers re-routed. Where there is a will there is a way.
The confederation solves the problem of terror, occupation and removes foreign forces from the area. What could be better. The rest Pakistanis and Afghan can handle.
1) Withdrawl of all foreign forces from Afghanistan
2) Pakistani and Afghan troops along with Turkish and Indonesian troops bring peace to the area
3) Pashtuns and other ethnicites rae brought together in a Afghan Senate with equal representation in the Senate.
4) Afghan jirga and Paksitani parliament approve the merger.
5) A referendum is held in both countries.
6) The non-violent Taliban are brought into the mainstream
7) The warlords are disarmed.
8) Afghanistan is assured of a new port near Gwader which will be the Afghan port exlusively.
9) Pakistan is allowed direct access to Turkmenistan via a bridge over Afghan territory.
10) Durand Line is abolished

In my openion Panjab and Sindh should be given back to India to join their brother ,while Pashtunistan and Balochistan should be given to Afghanistan. It is proved that nations can not live togather only on the name of religion while we have nothing else in commomon(Bangladesh)
I agree with you. If we join India, the government will be in Muslim’s hand as it was before britains and the country name will be Pakistan.
We in Panjab and Sindh dont want to join india. We have no hate or problem with india but by no means do we ever want to join them. India is a different country and its history and path are different from the one we are on.
On a side note, using your anology, shouldnt West Bangal be given back to Bangladesh so that they can be with their brothers in a Bengali nation, and shouldnt Tamil Nadu go to Sri Lanka so they can be with their brothers as well.

Mr. Musty made the comment that Ahmad Shah Abdali was born in Qandhar not Multan and he berated all Pakistanis about the dream of the union of Pakistan and Afghanistan. He also made the point that all Pukhtuns were Afghans not Pakistanis.
Mr. Musty also used derogatory words for all Pakistanis and his tone and content was was angry.
Once again we apologize for the accidental erasure and request Mr. Musty to please repost his comments.

According to Gauhar Ayub in his various writings procalims that King Zahir Shah of Afghanistan had agreed to a confederation with Pakistan with Zahir Shah as the titular head of state of the new country. Mr. Gauhar Ayub calls this an opportunity lost. The desire of uniting the Paskhtuns on both sides of the border is mutual.
The Durand Line was erased after the departure of the Soviets. Pakistanis played host to more than 3 million Afghans, many of whom have decided to stay back. Afghan businesses flourish all over Pakistan. More than 2 million Afghans were born in Pakistan. The differences between Afghanistan and Pakistan are ephimeral. The Norhtern Alliance needs to dump its New Delhi masters and work with the Pakistanis

Mr. Moin Ansari, nice article on the old idea, lets work on it, i thought of it 4 years ago but was not aware that the idea existed from decades ago, i can add few thoughts to the idea. I submitted some comments prior, on the same article but it has not been posted yet, i hope this one gets your attention. since the idea needs to be developed further and there are many more people who think along the same lines. lets work on it further as our contribution and unite the ideas together for our collective improvement.
Best Reagards.

Afghanistan has fought and defeated empires for independence what makes you believe that Afghans will surrender their nation to Desis of the imperialist imposed nation of pakistan? You are delsuional. Afghanistan will reclaim it’s rightful property beyond the Durand line and assert it’s independece you. Pakistan has taken money from the west for decades to incite war in Afghanistan. Pakistan knows it cannot exist without Afghans. If Afghanistan is the hopeless sate why is it Pakistan that wants union? What could Pakistan gain by joining a “failed state”?
This is the delusional dream of Pakistani cowards who have always depended on others for their existence even their creation first British imperialists now they require Afghans for defense. Note that Pakistanis always hail Pashtuns as the protectors of their state yet the dare to imagine Afghans will surrender to their rule or be joined in a nation with an alien race of enemies who have profitted on Afghan blood for over two decades now.
“Afghans and Pakistanis are one”
What an absurd remark what commonality besides religion do these two disparate populations have in common? You are an imbcile. Pakistan is a nation best annihilated and it’s area reabsorbed by its rightful owners. Pakistan is the creation of imperialists and has no place on earth let alone with joined to Afghanistan.
The vast majority of Afghans despise pakistanis who have spent decades profiting off Afghan misery. There is no desire to merge with pakistan. There is no identification with pakistan amongst Afghans either culturally or ethnically.
As is typical pakistanis claim Pashtuns, claim to have a majority of Pashtuns within their false borders a game they urely learned from their british lords, divide and conquer. Pakistan has always falsified facts, claimed Afghan populations as their own, promoted ethnic division amongst Afghans. Pakistan cannot begin to assert half their absurd claims without false claims on what Pashtuns think believe or feel. What do punjabis know of Pashtuns or Afghans or the culture and relations of Afghan people. I have see Musharaf himself fumble with the issue of what a Panjsehri versus a Tajik is. What gives the punjabi nation the right to speak for Pashtuns or for Afghanistan? I have never in my life met an Afghan that has any affinity for pakistan or anything less than disdain for pakistan for that matter.
What do Indians know about us Pashtuns of Pakistan. Afghan Pashtuns are desperate and are therefore accepting your so called help. No one forced us to join Pakistan. Afghanistan and Pakistan will be one country, Insha Allah.
Thank you for your valuable perspective. Please keep visiting. We need your comments

Thank you for your feedback. You should be honest to divulge your name….else comments will be considered flames, which they are are
Anonymous and Afghan are the same person based on on the computer they used and the timing of the postings, 2;35, 2;45, 3;07 pm. The syntax of the writer and the ISP is Indian, not Afghan. So much for the credability of the commentator
With ref to the content of the comment, obvioulsy “Anonymous” did not read the article. He/she says that “never met an Afghan”..King Zahir Shah had approved the union between Pakistan and Afghanistan. Also Mr. Karzai and every mujhid furing the war with Russia has good things to say about Pakistan. 2 million Aghan children were born in Pakistan and 2 million still live there. They are half Pakistanis anyway.
Karachi is the largest Pakhtun city in the world ad more Pakhtuns live in Pakistan than any other country in the world.
Afghanstan’s ethnic deivisions have been there for severla centuries.

Erasing Durrhan line is the only solution of ending violence in Pakistan. British created Durrhan line to divide Pashtuns.
Now time has come to erase this boundary and make NWFP as part of Afghanistan. People in NWFP speak Pashtun which is Afghani language and has nothing to with Pakistan.
If Pakistani donot accept NWFP as part of Afghanistan they have to accept it tomorrow with blood and humiliation, like they accepted Bangladesh.
pahele bata tha pakistan , ab na rahega namo nishan !
sahi kaha moin mian, kuch hindustan ko de do aur kuch afghanistan ko, kyonki tumse to ye sambhalta nahin dikhta. two nation theory was already proved wrong by creation of bangladesh
and muslims continuing and preffered to live in india , now see what happens. if dividing india on the basis of religion had been correct then you won’t hve found any muslim and minarates, mosques in india! but we r proud of our culture and you ‘ neighbors envy, owners pride’!
The muslims are united, we should look forward for making and Islamic Union, just like EU. People who are posting here trying to be afghan nationalists are nothing but a bunch of illiterate kids. Most probably, Indians, as you stated above.

Mr. Moin Ansari,
Thank-you for posting my article: The Great Game of South & Central Asian Nations (SCAN) Dominance in 21st century.
I would appreciate if you add the article as a follow-up to your article of erasing the Durand Line, so both platforms can be merged as parallel and further debate can take place. Lets have constructive debate for our collective uplift of oppressed masses with justice, security, economic prosperity, literacy, and welfare for all. Finally, freedom from domestic / international slavery and oppression for all the SCAN citizens.
Thank-you.
Best Regards and Wishes to all the audience and participants.

Dr. Bhatti-Rajput:
Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate it. Thousands have read this article.
I will put your article as a link to my original article…so that your point of view is also shown here…
A link would be a better option than adding your entire article in this one…this article would become too long…thought I am open to any/all suggestions.
Once again we thank you..
Best Regards
Moin
Anyone urging for erasing the durand line needs to have his head examined. Afghanistan is a crackpot nation. It is barbaric, backwards, ignorant and extremely poor, nothing good ever comes out of Afghanistan.
Let Afghanistan better itself and become worthy of erasing the Durand line and then we can think about it, but lets not do that for another 200 years at least.
I say mine and fence the entire Durand line for good, seal it so not even a rat can get through, put sensors and cameras as well as guard posts and that would prevent terrorists, smugglers, criminals, thieves, home invasion experts, land grabbers, car jackers, kidnappers for ransom and other troublemakers from coming over from Afghanistan.
People of Pakistan should realize the biggest threat to Pakistan is no more from India who is busy progressing forward, it is from Afghanistan and the wild tribal belts.
Smuggling, drugs, guns, crazy violent suicide bombers are coming in through Afghanistan, not India, well with RAWs help but that is another topic.
Seal the border with Afghanistan and make it permamnent, anyone who does not like it should be puched into Afghanistan alongwith all the millions of illegal Afghans living in Pakistan, time to clean up Pakistan.
The intelligent Pathans of Pakistan are very patriotic otherwise they would have long departed for the hell hole that is Afghanistan!.If Pathans/Afghanis dislike Pakistan so much then why do 3 million refugee’s continue living there??
If they’re reasonable and polite to us we’ll certainly be the same however never let it be said that Pakistanis are afraid from the uncivil Afghanis who live on past memories of what they once were!!.How pathetic!!
Pakistan is an easy target for the mostly illetrate Afghanistanis who would blame the former even if a baby farted in it’s nation!.There inpolite and aggressive attitude towards everything Pakistani smacks of jealousy and an inferior complex so we have to educate these animals!..Here’s hoping that the Afghanistanis begin evolving as human’s should but i wouldn’t hold my breath for these retards!!
Good article, Not only afghanistan and pakistan inshallah will become united, but all the lost muslim lands from indonesia to spain would be united inshallah. Muslims by nature are a nation, there is no such thing in Shariah as nation states, a concept less than 70 years old. Muslims cannot be divided on linguistic basis, Ummah literally means from a mother, so we all are brothers, pakhtun, punjabi, sindhi, arabi, persian, bengali, kurd, turk, etc etc all these identities melt when one becomes a Muslim. So all of you Kaafirs, who think they can keep us disunited, take heed, when Allah SWT commands us to united we have to be united and the sincere people in the ummah are working towards that goal, and Inshallah the first war will be with India and India will be finished, as well as the US of A and all the Kaafirs one by one.

its an very informative article but honestly its not a good idea .if you see the troubled areas of Pakistan or the source of trouble is from tribal belt and fata areas.i am not saying that these people are trouble makers but due to there environment since british ,russian and now NATO involvement and lack of development both in tribal belt and afghan areas that there people are now have effects of this long lasting wars.it is very difficult for Pakistan to heal up the wounds and start development in these areas due to there own economical areas.so if you add afghan areas which have same troubles it will destroy Pakistan instead.weather any body agreed or not but due to afghanistan and also our involvement has inversely effected Pakistan progress and image.
Paksitan manzil nahin nishan e manzil hai.
These temp troubles are a reaction to Indian interference, CIA operations and the result of the Afghan occupation. There was no issue before 2001.
Afghan is a natural part of Pakistan and the “A” in Pakistan. That is the only solution to the problems…China expanded with Tibet, Manchuria..Bharat expaned by taking over Sikkim, Bhtan, Hyderabad, Kashmir
Please visit http://www.pakhistorian.com and http://www.pakistanledger.com
Dear Ansari.
How did you think of an “A” to name Afghanistan as Afghania.
Believe me or not Afghans are so patriotic that if you go to Afghanistan and propose this and tell that Afghanistan should be a part of Pakistan they will shot u in the head. I remember that once an Iranian in his interview that Afghanistan WAS a part of Iran then what a happened to him then you have to search on internet.
The only confederation will be accepted as following:
Name: Afghanistan or Ariana.
Official Language: Persian and Pashtu
Currency: Afghans.
Think?
We have to park our egos on the Hindu Kush and THINK…are we more powerful divided or united?
The name is part of the basis of Pakistan. Chaudhry Rehmat Ali coined the word Paksitan from the various provinces. “A” was for Afghania.
The confederation is not amalgamation, it is joining two different countries….the name is irrelevant. We can name the curreny Durham, Riyal, whatever..who cares..the main thing is to get the people together and march towards progress.
This idea is not new. Jamaluddin Afghani talked about it. Abdali implemented part of it. Even King Zahir Shah approved it in the 50s with him as the head of state. Even current Pakhtun nationalists and Afghans have been talking about it. The confederation was a fact in the 80s anyway
The confederation should be called Aryanistan, & well, its lingua franca will always be urdu on eastern side & persian on western/northern side, as it has always been. A speaker of either language can start to understand other’s language within like 3-7 days. So thats not a problem
The name may not be the most important thing. All of us speak similar/same languages. 2 million Afghans were born in Paksitan. 2 million still live in Pakistan. All of them know Urdu…thats a significant population of Afghanistan. Similarly Baluch and Pathans speak Darri and some version of Farsi
Language should not be an issue. We have enough examples that people of several ethnicities can work together. Look at Switzerland, a small country and 4 official languages. Give all the equal rights and every problem is solve.
And to all those out there who are afraid that THEY WILL HAVE TO WEAR HIJAB, there are lots of Afghans who would love to live more liberly, but hey we are talking about Islamic unity, so why the hell this Islamophobia?
Take care Moin bhai.
First there is no difference between Dari and Farsi. The only difference is in accent. i.e British English and American English. Secondly we can keep the national anthem of Pakistan because it is Persian,
Any way, confedration is interesting as long as it would be the same idea as was passed in 56.
A confederatoin would unite the Pakhtuns in a single homeland, allow Kabul to have access to the warm waters of the Arabian Sea, and both brothers together could work with the Central Asia Republics–the other TANS.
??? ??? ???? ??? ?? ??????? ?? ???
??? ?? ???? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?????
Pakistanis helped millions of Afghan. Afghan remember the sacrifices of Pakistanis during the 80s. Afghanistan defended Pakistan’s Western bordern in 1965. Pakistanis always remember that.
Afghans as part of the greater nation would be able to take advantage of the advancement and rebuilding Kabul with the help of Pakistani businessmen. All of a sudden huge opportunities would be open to Jalalabad and Qandhar. Pakistan and Afghanistan would be one of the most powerful nations in Asia.
Moin ansari saheb,
I will welcome a merger of Pakistan and Afghanistan under the Taliban. There will be compulsory hijabs, public beheadings and no need to waste money on building schools in Pakistan. Inshallah Taliban culture will come to Karachi, Lahore and Pindi and Pakistan will redeem Jinnah saheb’s slogan of Pakistan ka matlab kya
Dev Kant.
Good Idea…..infact why dont you guys search for a new planet just for yourself and call it whatever you want…..only for Muslims…dont let any other religion step on it….problem solved for you and for rest of the world
One of you on the moon–problem
2 of you on the moon-big problem
All of you on the moon-problem solved
Hey Garima. Have you forgotten that we mu slims ruled the India for 1000 of years. Today if your identity is called as an inidan is because of us, otherwise you Rajahs and Maharajahs would had made India into 100 separate countries. so be grate full in Muslim.
The problem with you guys is that you are taught skewed history. Start with indus valley and fast fwd to muslim conquest. Every civilization including muslims have their ups and downs and mind i nobody is perfect. The great muslim ottomon empire was gone with First world war. The Khalifa system was disbandoned by western powers and muslims could not do anything. I agree that muslims ruled india for 800 years but where are they now? There graph is on the decline. Look at islamophobia not just in India but any western country. Fundamentalism will only hurt you badly and a society that has to flourish has to be reformist and not fundamentalist. Look at India, their are hindu fundamentalist here too but is anyone listening to them? If you have good things to do in life, you will not go and kill anyone. Only when there is no economic activity, people will become suicide bombers.
Not sure which planet you live on—but Indus Valley is part and parcel of Pakistani history. The poor kids are dragged through the fables of Ashoka (even though he was probably a composite figure, and not a real person, as his name does not appear in any contemporary Greet or local writings).
The decline of the Ottoman empire was sidelined by the birth of the might Mughal empire. Musllim ruled South Asia form 711-1857.
Where are they now? On every indicator of human endeavor, the Hindus are at the bottom–despite the anomaly of the past decade (when the tide rises–all boats rise), the Hindu rate of growth has been the lowest. 40% of the worlds poorest live in Bharat, 50% of the residents of all major cities Benaras (even Benaras the heart of Hinduism), Lucknow, Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai, and Kolkota etc. live on the sidewalks and the cities collect rent for being procreated, born, living, and dyeing on the sidewalk (foot path). 450 million Dalits and Shudras are enslaved, and 10 million Dalit women raped (Token Mayawati abberation not withstanding). Hindus are the hungriest in South Asia and the world (World Hunger Index). For the past 60 years, the Bharati GNP has not been the highest even in South Asia.
Since 1947 more than 60 Muslim states have come to the horizon, and created somethings out of nothing. Libya has built world class canals that irrigate deserts, Saudi Arabia provides cradle to grave luxury to its citizens, Turkey and Pakistan are major regional powers and so on and so forth.
Bharati weaned on a temple indoctrination that passes as “history”, and a school syllabus that is long on “Pep talks” and short on facts have no clue about the rest of the world and how Muslims live. When people like Jaswant Singh, and Dr. Koncha reach near the truth, they are ignored by the establishment or repudiated.
The LTTE also had suicide bombers–and Bharat supported them for a decade. Now Bharat supports the TTP.
Dear all,
i have read this article and all the posts from very respected people or i should say honorable citizens of this global village. According to my perception some people are getting the whole idea wrong and some are trying to distract.. thus this topic has started to merry-go-round situation.
if allowed i just wanted to add up some things which might not be new for all of the intellects like you people but may be they will help in understanding the vision of Ch. Rehmat in its essence.
The confederation like EU is not like merger. a merger happens when two things/states are combined together to form one new entity. on the other hand the confederation is encapsulation of several things/states under one boundary. In confederation the real essence of every entity is kept as it is and in merger the identities held previously is lost. I hope people who think Pakistan wants to acquire or merge Afghanistan into a larger Pakistan, they should not worry. its not the case as per Ch. Rehmat’s vision.
Pakistan respects the boundaries and national sovereignty of all its neighboring countries including India. We had never aimed and never wanted to wage war or acquire the land of our neighbors. But we do want justice in the case of Kashmir, but this is not the point of discussion here and if anyone has issues over it please find the appropriate blog and express your concern there.
The theme here is to combine all the muslim world under on roof. again please don’t take it as caliphate. its like a common senate or assembly for some issues like defense, finance and law if required. the countries will keep their rule under their current ruling system and the first step can be the confederation between Pakistan and Afghanistan. which will further expand to other muslim states according to their will.
Again this is what i perceive and totally my opinion in the light of this discussion and the Ch. Rehmat’s vision. You have the right to agree or disagree with it.
Best Regards,
Khuraim
Salam Alaikum
This is really a brilliant idea. I as a Pashtun of Pakistan will absolutly support it. Due to Pashtun culture its imposible to diconnect Pashtuns of both side. On the other hand most Pashtuns feel misused by many forces specially Afghan Pashtuns and are therefore calling for Pashtunsitan but they dont acutually mean only Pashtun state but Afghanistan + NWFP + Balochistan. However no Pashtun of Pakistan will ever allow a break up of Pakistan. I think we should bring this idea on a much bigger level. I dont think that the puppets in both countries will support it but I dont see anything against it. UNITED WE ARE STRONG, DIVIDED WE WILL FALL.
Ashfaq bhai Afghans are our muslims brothers, so what if they are poor. Once we unite we will solve our problems. No one in Pakistan is suffering from the wars in Afghanistan more than us Pashtuns, Punjab or Sindh never had to take the “burden”. Have faith in Allah and think about it. United States of Muslim Asia.
To respected Moin Ansari
From my own experience I can tell you that all the guys here who are not bringing other solutions but calling it anti-Pakistan idea, they are all indian pigs. Youtube is full of racist Indians who are nowadays calling themselves Pashtuns and spreading hate.
Anyway here a beautiful video regarding to this topic:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=haCuenXc65k
Unity of muslims is the key, no one is suffering but muslims around the world.
Afghanistan + Pakistan = United States of Muslim Asia
I wont mind if you call it Afghanistan as muslim Afghans are suffering since 30 years.
Brother Khan: Thank you for your kind comments and for sharing the Youtube piece.
Names are unimportant–the hearts beat as one…we can think of a good name. “A” is for Afghania in Pakistan, or we can name it Muslim Union and ask the ECO to join us
Was Salaam
Salam,
As long as there one Afghan in the current Afghanistan, he will resist any such attempt to take over the Afghan lands. Look at how Pakistani Panjabis are treating the Pashtuns. It is worse then how Jews are treating the Palestinians. Pakistan come to existence due to British tricks to hold on to control over the territory. Pashtun land is part of Afghanistan. The Duran line document expired in 1985. It was 100 year division. Pakistan’s are mostly transplanted Muslim from Indian. Pakistan came to existence only after WWII. Musharaf and his corrupt Generals created and funded Taliban to destroy Kabul. Now ISI is using this new trick to take over the Afghan land. The idea of joining power and becoming a more enriched nation is very noble. Unfortunately, trusting the Pakistan government is similar to trusting the government of Israel.
May Allaha give us all Hadiath. I have no ill feeling against our brothers across the border.. Never trust the Generals and corrupt politicians in Pakistan..
WAS
Jaza kullah khair
Many times in history–the area was under one rule. Dump the corrupt generals, the foreign compliant dictators (Babrak Karmal, Najibullah, Zardari, Zia etc.) and the bad guys. No one can “take over” Afghanistan–maybe Afghanistan should take over Pakistan…doesn’t matter..we are one people.
Don’t believe the fitna that separates us. Punjabi vs Pakhtun, or Pakhtun vs Tajik, or Uzbek vs Herati are artifical seeds of dissension sowed by those who do not want the Muslims to unite. We shall overcome!
Inshallah!
This is a JOINT decision as equal partners to rule the destinies togehter. Afghanistan gets access to sea and Pakistan gets access to Uzbekistan—we have to make the Muslim Union of many countries like the European Union.
If the Durand Line has expired, then Pakistan as the legal successor state of the British Empire is already joined with Afghanistan. Lets hold elections on who would be presiedent of the country.
However there are few anomolies in your comment.
1) Muhajirs only make up 10% of the population
2) The Pakistan Army is run by Paktuns–Ayub Khan, Tikka Khan, Yahya Khan etc
3) The Frontier Corps doing most of the fighting in FATA is mostly Pakhtun
Let us hang together or we will hang separately
Rupee News is quite interesting and informative. I have been reading it since more than a year. In 1981 one Pakistani Rupee was equal to 1.25 of Indian Rupee. Today one Indian rupee is equal to 1.60 Pakistani rupee. It was fun to travel from Lahore to Pindi, Peshwar in the “Flying Coaches” and to Karachi by train, and to have delicous “Chirgas” on the way and to do shopping in Anarkali / Landa and other bazars. Pakistan has given birth to more Mir Jaffers & Mir Sadiqs than Tippu Sultans,Allama Iqbals,Mohammad Ali Jinnahs,Liaqat Ali Khans and Shaheed Syed Ahmed Barevlis / Shaheed Shah Ismails. There seems some hope from luminaries like Hameed Gul, Zaid Hamid, Ahmed Qurashi,Moin Ansari and scholars like Dr Israr Ahmed etc who appear to be emancipated and uncorruptible, a very rare quality amongst contemporary Muslims worldwide. Probably Pak Army has now more competent and patriotic officers and soldiers as they seem to defeat TTP and win back the Pashtoon poulation while many of its young and promising men attain Shahadat in the batlle. The Pak media and the Govt is so dumb that they cannot raise their voice even against the murder of more than 60 of their fellow citizens in Samjuta Express in India proved to be done covertly by extremist Hindutva fanatics by Himat Karkare for which he had to pay for his life. Blasts carried out at Malegaon,Hyderabad (India) ,Jaipur etc in which hundreds of Indian Muslims died were attributed to LeT but later found to have been executed by Hindutva extremists. Hats Off to Himat Karkare for extracting the truth and shame to Pakistani Media and the Govt for their unpardonable silence and not taking up the matter upto its logical conclusion. They have become accomplices with those murderers. What will they reply on the day of Judgement on this criminal silence. They should learn from their rivals across the border who can skillfuly convert a lie into a fact and viceversa for the sake of their faith/country. Pakistan has been Humiliated by IPL but Abida Parveen was performing her classical singing in Mumbai only next day and its hockey team is on its way to play in India. This is height of ‘Begariti’.One can only pray for the country which has Mr ten percent as its head of state who alongwith his henchmen rise up in arms (when the highest judiciary of the state cancel the infamous NRO )and threaten to play Sind card. Our hearts bleed when we see what is happening to Pakistan. How Drones and sucide bombers are killing innocent people and the hypocrite Govt is crying wolf, to befool whom ? their population. Nay they are befooling themselves. They are allowing Zionists and Hindutvas to plunder and destroy their country. Dont they realise that this is a self inflicting scourge. The society needs to select 10 to 20 persons of highest eminence, faith, integrity and capability who should lead the nation and take it out from the present mess and infidelity into the best of governance. “Himat e Mardan Madad e Khuda.” Almost all the “parliamentarians” are corrupt who are nothing but landed autocrates and Thugs who have become blood suckers of the country and stooges of their enemies. May Almighty Allah save this great country which is the Hope of 21st century . Let it live to its slogan,” Pakistan ka matlab kaye, La Ila Ha Ilallah”.
Batt keh rahe ga Hindustan–Kashmir banay ga Pakistan.
Thank you for a very illiminating article with the right thoughts and the correct ideas.
One more thing–”Pakistan manzil nahin–nisham e manzil hai”
Dear Moin Sahib,
Assalamualaikum wa rehmatullah.
Their is a saying in my mother tongue,
“Zoo te jan wandh hai hindustanas
Dil chum pakistanas seeth.”
It means, “I would love to sacrifice my life for India, Yet my heart is with Pakistan.”
My beautiful valley, the Firdous of Jehangir, would still have been the great lake Satisar, had the plains of Punjab and Sind not opened their Chest and body for draining its water into Arabian Sea some ten thousand years back. In the process it made land of these areas fertileby continuous flow of the rivers eversincewhich gave birth to a number of civilisations, some discovered lately like Sind Valley and some yet to be explored. So we have a bond which is unseperable but for our own bad deeds. So you and us are distined together however the enemies may despise.

Dont worry..there is no peace until palestine and kashmir problems solved. The war will spread across middle east.
India , Israel and US will fight with evils in that war.
It is very good for pakistan and afghanistan to become one nation. Now you take all the muslim people from China, Europe, America and Australia, New Zealand and Canada and put them there so the rest of us can have peace! If I were president of China, I make great wall around your new country so you don’t disturb China and the rest of the world!
You are not Chinese–you are from Australia. Your lack of truthfullness destroys the credability of anyting that you say.
China is Pakistan’s friend and no Chinese can say what you said
an autralian ip address also defines nationality?? moin ansari is great….
M8 if you think you will take over India, let me tell you this – it will never happen. We will give you a fight you will never forget and will do to you what you do to us!
The 450 million Dalits and Untouchables will convert to Christianity and Islam–leaving a rump Hindu religion lef to cope with the Naxals, Maoists, Muslims and Christians–all balkanized
why did they not do it in the 1000 years when islam was the ruling power in india or in the next 200 years when britisher’s encouraged conversion? possibly they were more oppressed then without quota etc…
Not sure what you are referring to–but the Company Raj, and the British rule were both inclined in destroying the power of the Muslims in Hindustan.
Dear all
Peace and Blessing. I am so happy that such an idea is circulating to unite the Muslims of Afpak. We both Believe in one God (Allah) and i guess that is enough for us to trust one another and go for such a unification. well its good for the people rather than history lovers, and we should look for the betterment of people. Do not be in any doubt that the pashtuns of Pakistan are in dire need of Afghanistan and without them we will die, we are in much better conditions than any of you and i am a Yousafzai, try match our name and our history first, than talk to us if when you are comfortable.
We believe in Pakistan as the land of pure and a land that only belongs to Allah, join us it is in Your interest, as we are Muslims and we believe in what Muhammad (pbuh) says, so help us and increase our belief by joining us.
And as far as the Indians are concerned, you have such a beautiful country with beautiful people why don’t you care for them, if Allah has given you this chance use it by giving your people their rights and bring them to equality, but why would you do that, you are but idolotors, you don’t know your truth, how would you tell us the truth.
Pakistan is only for those who believe in Allah and his mercy, and the people of Afghanistan if want to join than join in name of God, otherwise don’t bother. We four brothers are good enough to stand united against anyone anywhere any time, let it be you even.
If today of what you call Afghanistan you should be thankful to us otherwise your Brothers living next to you are good example of the USSR and how they lived there.
We are poor but we are honourable and we are Pakistani Muslims’ join us with dignity and we will accept you with our tradition of equality. stand against us you will not stand at all, stand with us and we will make you jewel of our crown.
I am not being able to post comment on [Saving Pashtuns of old “Afghanistan” in Afghania. Eradicating Pashtun plight. Ending occupation]. SO i am making it here.
This is my reply to ANP/TTP/Bharati agent ‘Younus’
Mr: Ansari: I have seen you dont condem provincialism and you r biased towards punjabis you should not let anyone post racial pejorative statement,
The guy above is spewing [...], That person really needs a history lesson just because India also has punjab province doesn’t mean Pakistani punjabis are also hindus or are inspired by them.
It was the terrorist Ranjit Singh which tried to change demography of Punjab, brought hindus and sikh from bharat, destroyed mughal architecture, so-called secular terrorist turned some mosques into gurudwara and most of them into stables for horses, turned the beautiful islamic city of Lahore into Sikhistan.
Please Mr Ansari reply them harshly whenever they try to separate us on ethinic lines. Why is it that these ANP/bharti/TTP fasadi agents always bringing the word Punjabi. Until 1971 every west pakistani looked punjabi to Bengalis. Baloch separatist considers only Punjab its enemy not other provinces. To Indian army it is only punjabi army which is holding Pakistan together.
We punjabis never look ourselves as Punjabis, we are neither impressed by indian culture not it is in our roots in hinduism. Just because Punjab houses 60% population doesn’t mean we rule Pakistan. We are more patriotic than any other provinces. It is the only province in the Pakistani where there has never ever been any separatist movement. It is the province which operates the most anti india militant organisation we hate bharatis more than any other province.
It is the province which recruits the most soldiers to fight on border areas. How the hell does Punjab rules Pakistan. There has never been a single punjabi army chief, kayani is seraiki, zia migrated from bharat, nawaz sharif is kashmiri. If i say NWFP rules Pakistan it makes more sense because there has been more pushtun army chief than any other.
Until 1947 Punjab was tribal like NWFP and Balochistan. Sorry to say these illiterate sellout [...] have not been able to develop balochustan and NWFP so they start blaming Punjab which have prospered from tribal society into a modern province made better roads, better infrastructures and Universities.
Dear Moin Ansari,
First of all its great to have someone of you knowledge, and delighted to see excellent data available on this site.
I can’t comment on your new articles, please provide us the facility to do so. I have a question and i believe that you may be the right person to throw some light on it. It is related to the ” construction of the world largest embassy in Islamabad”.
1) If one sees the myth of Troy, the trojan Horse, it was done in the very fashion in my belief which we are seeing in the Construction of the World Largest embassy in Islamabad. Is this the case or otherwise?
2) What are the benefits of such an embassy when in the past ten years they could only do is to kill Pakistani people?
3) Why when they are Leaving, they come up with a last foothold, when we are almost on board with the Chinese.?
4) Is American Embassy a Trojan Horse and Pakistan the Modern Troy, and Nuclear Weapons the Helen of Troy.?
Please Comment am very much looking forward to your reply.
Muhammad Ahad
Asad:
Thanks for your comments. Your question has the answer imbedded in it. It is more than obvious.
A compliant government and obsequious cabinet has to be replaced with the real representatives and a new leadership
We have repeatedly suggested that Pakistan join the SCO and stay clear of those who wish to harm Pakistani Nuclear facilities.
Pakistan should build an independent ECO like the European community and work with China and Russia to bring balance to the region.
PS: I checked to see why you cannot comment on the new article. I fixed the setting. Please let us know if it worked.

AA brother Shanwari:
Whoever is part of whomever is not the point–it is fitna. Pakistan and Afghanistan are conjoined twin brothers.
It is not a question of ego–it is about brothers thinking as one and thinking of the future as one. Names are not important–both need to march together.
We dont neet any thing from Pakistan as they have nothing for themsleves till now they servive on US Aid…..
@ Raj calling himself Zia
Bharat is the LARGEST recipient of foreign aid in the world–and one the largest debtor nations on the planet.
US Aid to Pakistan is part of the reparation for the $20 billion per annum that it has lost in the past thirty years. US Aid makes up a tiny portion of the Pakistani budget–merely 2%
Pakistan couldnt find any one to put after the names of the messiles made by China,so used our Great People’s name such as Abdali,Ghaznawi.
Why they didnt put Quaid Azam on it?
@ Raj calling himself Zia
Pakistan can name the missiles anything it wants. Make up your mind–are they Chinese or North Korean, or European? or US?
The Pakistani missiles were built 25 years ago and Pakistani continues to build them and test them. Irregardless of what Bhartis think–the missiles are indigenous.
